good face cleanser but...
It doesn't have a strong scent, foams easily with very little product, and it feels like it cleans pretty well. However, after using this face wash twice, I have noticed that my face feels irritated and has a sensitive burning sensation right after. I do have sensitive skin and low-key eczema and I think this product made it flare up. But this is a personal issue. For those that don't have such sensitive skin, this could be a good cleanser.

So sad my skin didn't like this!
I use the calming facial oil from the same line and adore it. I have backups so I never run out. I came across this and figured I would love it just as much. Unfortunately, this really dries out my skin. My skin is left feeling tight, stripped, and sensitive with increased redness after using this. I have no idea what ingredient my skin hates so much, but I appear to be the only person who isn't in love with this cleanser.

How to ACTUALLY use this cleanser
If you want to effectively and gently clean your face, without over drying, mix the product with your wet hands and then apply it into your face. Instead of making the lather on your face, you are making it on your hands, this will cause much less stress on the skin barrier.

I'm the minority here
This cleanser is disappointing. I love Facetory's facial oil and various masks, but this cleanser is a big fat NO for me. I will say that my pores do appear smaller and it will get your skin squeaky clean. I may of liked this in my teens and twentys, but it is not working for me in my 30s. This is too drying and irritating for my dermatitis. Also, my makeup is not sitting on my face right since adding this in the routine.

LOVE this Facetory Cloud Puff Gentle Foam Cleanser!!! The experience was amazing- SO foamy (a little bit goes a long way) and effective formula without all of the unnecessary chemicals. Tip: totally used this on my whole body and it left my skin feeling smooth, nourished and clean. Really excited to try more Facetory products!
