FAO Schwarz Magnetic Tile Set Primay 40pc

These are so much fun for my daughter! They're not as difficult as putting LEGOs together and they're an easy cleanup (being magnetized)

The picture in the website and on the product does not match the actual product. They actually have a tiny disclaimer that states actual product might be different on the box. The 40 piece box includes many small parts that aren't a tile. You can make that tiny item in the lower right corner of the picture, but not the other two. This kind of deception is so horrific that it's actually amusing. Sure, advertisement often looks better than the real product, say a McDonald Hamburger for example. But at least you still get all the things you see in the picture. This is like seeing a Hamburger and you get 2 buns and a piece of pickle instead. Will never buy any items from FAO Schwarz company again. Too bad because they have some interesting toy designs and we purchased a few others before.

Good for small hands (1-3 years old might enjoy them as they are easier to get appart. ) Not as strong magnet as other brands. Come with at least 20 non magnetic attachments that are there for no good reason. Lower quality and smaller size in comparison to other brands. Might be a good purchase for begginers.

The 40 piece set includes small Plastic attachments. Not worth the purchase.

This is great price for so many pieces since Magnatiles cost so much more. Unfortunately it was a gift so no idea about quality. But we have lot of magnatiles and we love this kind of toys.

The picture on the box is misleading. It is not 40 tiles, it is 40 pieces. There are 12 pieces that fit into 12 of the tiles. The idea book shows items to build but the box doesn’t even have enough pieces to build these items! Very disappointing!

Great for Kids. They have to learn to be patient and productive.

Broken

Not recommended. The photos are misleading. There are not enough pieces - 28 are magnets but12 pieces are for windows and kinda useless.

Not enough tiles. Magnets don’t work well. Comes with a pamphlet on things to build and there is not enough pieces to accomplish. Would not purchase again.

The box said 40 tiles but it’s only 28 with pieces to fill in for the tiles. I was expecting it to come with all 40 tiles not just half of them.

I was very excited for this set bc of all the pieces and the color way. I bought one to gift and one for my toddler to play with. Unfortunately, I gifted one set before ever opening the set I bought to keep. I was extremely disappointed by how small the tiles were and returned it. I'm honestly embarrassed that I gave this away as a gift. I guess I should have looked for the size of the actual tiles and not gone off of the pictures. The tiles are more appropriate for a travel set. It isnt what I'd consider fun for everyday play.

Not 40 pieces to play with! Really wish I had read the reviews first! Not enough for my two toddlers to play with, more like they fought over it because pieces were sooo limited. Had to buy another set.

The front of this box and the images on the product page are false advertising! It's says "40 tiles" when it should really say "40 pieces". There are only 28 tiles in this set, and only 10 of them are squares!! (The box shows 30 squares on the front.) Also these tiles are tiny and not compatible with standard magnetic tiles.

NOT COMPATIBLE with Magnatiles or Picasso Tiles that we already had. They seem well made and a great option if you don’t need to combine with other brands.
