Farberware Smart Control Nonstick Cookware Pots and Pans Set, 14 Piece, Aqua

I haven't tried this cooking surface before, and I was awestruck. Over the weekend I made eggs in the small frying pan. My eggs didn't stick at all and slid out of the pan. We like the various sizes of cookware that was in the set. I highly recommend this set of cookware from Farberware.

The non stick Aqua pots and pans are a joy to cook with. Easy clean up and color is great. The steam vents keep rice, etc from boiling over.

This set was Christmas gift I love it. But they do scratch easy. So don’t use metal in them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Liked that the pots and pans cook the food so evenly and that nothing sticks even with little oil! I even on purpose burned some milk. To my surprise the cleanup was not difficult at all. The cookware is well made and the handles are very secure. I normally hand wash them but they wash just fine in the dishwasher. Four stars are because they scratch very easily so always try using silicon spatulas.

I love the lids that open on top to vent/steam. Love how the pans are non stick too.

The interior is great but the finish on the bottom of the pan is already staining and being scratched off.

Being a staunch believer and user of cast iron, I was hoping this set would give me another option. This cookware set holds up in boiling, pan frying, sautéing, and any other forms of cooking I threw at the set. I even on purpose burned some milk. I’ve cooked stir fry on high and fried sunny side up eggs extra crispy and nothing stuck to the pans…so great! I also liked the boil/steam control… so essential and such a great detail! The cookware is also very easy to clean, which is very important to me. I normally hand wash them but they wash just fine in the dishwasher. I’ve also wiped down a pan right after to using it and it cleaned up nicely! I gave it four stars because they are much smaller than what I’m used to but for the price I think it’s a good deal. I’m not a big fan that they scratch very easily so I don’t think these will last long but again for the price it’s a good set. Lastly, I wasn’t a fan of the cooking utensils. They were very thin and flimsy and started to melt away at first use. Overall it is a good set and I really enjoy using them on a daily basis.

The awesome feature is the lid with vent. We donot need to be standing next to the stove while cooking to avoid spilling of the boiling anything. The looks of the set is just beautiful. It has added beauty to my kitchen. I’ve been cooking every possible recipe and it doesn’t stick at all which is always the feature I’m looking for. It is very easy to clean. I recommend this set to everyone. It will not disappoint at all.

He loves using them. He is a novice cooker so these were perfect for him they are non stick so he don’t have to worry about burning. I highly recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really great set of pats and pans. All of the things I loved about my old set, plus the upgraded perks of getting a new set. I wasn't sure about the venting lids, I had a set previously, and they were more trouble than they were worth. These are actually really great! The vent works!! We eat a lot of pasta, and this makes it so easy! It doesn't make a big mess, it is easy to clean. I really does just help prevent boil over. Pretty much anything I need a pot and pan for is covered in this set. Very easy to clean, which is probably the most important feature for me. Dishwasher safe, they come out of the dishwasher perfect! Lids are multipurpose to match different pots/pans. They are nonstick, but don't have that yucky flaky stuff like some of the other pans. I could not be happier with this set up pots and pans. Farberware is a name I have always equated with quality, and that is still true.

It includes 2 saucepans (1.5 qt & 3 qt), 5 qt Dutch oven, a 2.75 qt Sauté pan/deep skillet and your regular 10 in skillet. Also includes 3 glass lids that you can easily see the progress of your cooking. Lids have steam vents which lets steam slowly vent, so you are less likely be burned by the steam when lifting/removing lid from the pots. Vents also help in reducing the chance of pots boiling over. Love the fact that they are non stick pans, makes for very easy clean up. Also dishwasher safe. This set also included 6 utensils ( spoons, spatula, ladle, whisk etc) which are designed to use with these nonstick pans. This set has been great, to show my teenagers how to cook easy prep meals safely with easy cleanups. With proper use and care, they should last for a good while! This is a great starter set, especially for younger people just learning to cook. You get a lot with this set, making it a great value for the price.

The handle feels good when picking them up, they are sturdy. I love the lids because they have the option to release steam, which helps from messy boil overs. They stack well for good storage, and they are a breeze to clean. Overall this is a really good pan set and I am glad I have it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Farberware Smart Control cookware. I have the 14 piece set of nonstick pots and pans. First of all, the cookware is beautiful to have out on the stove while cooking. It is modern and sleek. As far as usability, well, the non-toxic nonstick feature is simply amazing. I cooked omelets with extra cheese this morning, and it was a breeze to clean up. Nothing stuck on the pan! There was nothing burnt on that required scrubbing. When I finished cooking the omelets, the skillet looked perfectly clean. All I had to do was a regular wash, with no torturous scrubbing. I cooked a homemade spaghetti sauce several nights ago. My stovetop remained clean! There were no splatters of sauce to wipe off of anything. The lids of this cookware have the smart steam vents that I opened for allowing steam to escape. This feature eliminates the need to leave the lid partially open to avoid boil over. I am astounded at how handy this is. I don't think regular cookware will ever appeal to me again. This is the best! I can honestly say that I recommend Farberware cookware with smart control lids to everyone who ever had the need to cook anything. Truly. This is a durable brand, and this cookware is constructed to last.

This Farberware Smart Control Cookware Nonstick 14-Piece Pots and Pans Set is just what my kitchen needed. The glass lids are amazing because they have a steam vent incorporated into the known to help prevent boil-overs - I love this about it! Another great feature of the pots and pans is that they are dishwasher safe. The full set includes everything you need - 2 saucepans, a Dutch oven & lid, a saute pan (that shares a lid with the Dutch oven), 2 frying pans plus staple cooking utensils. As soon as you take everything out of the box you're ready to go! In my house, breakfast foods, especially scrambled eggs are a favorite so having a non-stick pan to make cleanup fast & easy was more than welcomed! I will also stress how awesome the vents in the cookware are to have. I'm able to close the vents when I want to speed up boiling water before cooking pasta or rice and then easily open them to avoid the water boiling over. This is a great versatile set of cookware that makes cleaning easing with great ventilation.
