I thought I would love this fragrance. First it went in the half bath, didn’t take long for it to become so overpowering that it gave me a headache in the time it took to wash my hands. I moved the plug into the kitchen and it was strong enough to make it in to the living room. Would’ve been great except it began to smell like a public restroom air freshener or port-o-potty, dunno how else to describe it. I got so sick of it, it only lasted plugged in for 2 days.

I originally bought 3 air wick plug ins for my new apartment. I could hardly smell them, you’d have to literally stand super close to them to smell them. So I purchased one Febreze plug in to try it out and it works great! I can smell it throughout my apartment. I’m definitely going to purchase more.

Bought this on 4/22/24 and it blinked twice when I plugged it in, but absolutely no scent is coming out (purchased two of these and neither are working). What a waste of money! Where are the original plug ins, these fade defy are worthless.

We're sorry to hear that this has been your experience, as our Febreze PLUG does go through strict quality checks to ensure that you can get the best possible results. If there's no scent coming out at all, we suggest that you make sure the refill has been fully clicked into place. When the refill is properly inserted, you won't be able to see the plastic collar that holds the jars together. As well, make sure the device is set to either Low, Medium, or High, and not in the middle. Gently move the adjuster so that it's set into position. We hope these tips help. This plug-in started off well as far as the scent did smell good at the time. Soon I was able to tell that it was way too overpowering, which seems like an odd thing to say for a plug-in. However, it seems like even on the lowest setting the smell fills up my entire open space of my 1700 square-foot home and I really just wanted this for the laundry room. They need to have more than three options so you can make an even lower setting than what they have available. Aside from that. I got the linen and Sky scent and got sick (sinuses). I tried to unplug, got better, and try it again just to verify that it was indeed the plug-in and I got sick a second time. I mentioned it to my in-laws, and my father-in-law had the exact same issue with his so he threw it away. There’s some chemical in the fragrance that made both of us sick and we’re not even related by blood so something is very odd about the fragrance.
