A: The device has a light that flashes at different points. The first time you will see it flash is when you first plug it in. It will flash twice to indicate that the device is working. The light will be dormant until it's time to replace the refill. When the refill is almost empty, the light will flash continuously for 7 days. The light ring will also turn on when you press the Boost Button which will indicate that it is working.

A: That's a great question. There are warmer only packages and starter kits. If you want to purchase a warmer and refill together, you need to make sure to look at the package and clearly see that "scent refills" are listed before purchase. If you're still unsure, please contact the seller.

This item did not work well, I purchased two and hate that I threw the box away from the other one. The item plugged in does not spread the sent at all, even while pressing the boost button, it’s a cute idea but you’re better off doing the regular plug in wall where the scents will will flow around the room, with this device you literally have to put your nose right up to it to see if it’s working. I also tried adjusting the slider on the back, this also did not allow the scent to flow throughout the room, I personally do not recommend this item, and will not repurchase again.

It may help to know the light on the device will blink twice when you turn it on, but it will remain on only during the boosting period and when the refill needs to be replaced. If you're looking for a stronger scent and haven't already done so, be sure to adjust the warmer to high using the slider on the back. Unless you push the scent booster you won't smell anything continuously. Maybe good for a small space. Ineffective in my bedroom and living room. The refills are expensive. Great idea but not for the cost. If I still had the boxes I'd return them.

It’s extremely easy to assemble and add in the refills as well! I love that it’s the same refills as the other wall plug in and there are so many different scents to choose from. The packaging is nice and sleek and looks good in any home. I think it’s an amazing value for your money as well. It lasted about a month, counting the many times the boost button was used as well. The boost button is great too when you want that instant extra scent power!
