Air Marshal Kristine Duncan is on her way to a much needed vacation when an attempted hijacking takes place. Her close knit group of friends, including FBI Special Agent Andrew Ross assist in stopping the hijacking, but things are just getting started. With more questions than answers, Kristine and Andrew work hard to find out who is behind the hijacking and why. I quickly became absorbed in the book and didn’t want to put it down. From attacks to kidnappings, this storyline is very fast paced and edge of your seat with a bit of thriller vibe. Unexpected twists and deceit, along with hope and faith keep the story balanced. There’s a bit of romance without it being too much. This is truly an excellent book.

Final Approach is the 4th book in the Lake City Heroes Series and it has twists and turns even a seasoned reader wouldn’t expect! This book was full of action, mystery, intrigue and surprise all the way through.

This is a fast paced fun book. Both main characters have baggage they have to deal with to move forward and I love how they work together to deal with it. So many plot twists and turns that keep you guessing and a great finish to the series. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and series.

While Final Approach is the fourth book in Lynette Eason's Lake City Heroes series, one can jump right into it without feeling that they've missed something. This story focuses on Air Marshal Kristine Duncan and FBI Special Agent Andrew Ross. Both bring emotional baggage along that makes them hesitant to enter into a relationship beyond friendship, but it may be the physical dangers they know about and the ones they are unaware of that have the greatest impact on their relationship. Hijackers, kidnappers, shooters, and more rev up the excitement and tension in this romantic suspense story written in Eason's highly engaging style. The theme of coping with difficult familial relationships is well integrated into the suspenseful plot, and shows empathy for those who struggle with these situations, and encouragement for those who seek to extend grace. I highly recommend this book, series, and author. I am grateful to have received a complimentary copy of Final Approach from Revell via NetGalley without obligation. All opinions expressed here are my own.

I wondered, as I read the first few pages, if this book could measure up to the first three books in the Lake City Heroes series. I assure you, Final Approach is everything I hoped for, and so much more! Andrew Ross and Kristine Duncan take center stage as they investigate the attempted hijacking of a plane they were on! An investigation that's hindered by unexpected twists, increasing questions, and a startling shift in their relationship. How and when did their easy friendship evolve into something more? Danger, suspense, and realistic emotions helped fuel my excitement, but the sweet romance and strong faith elements were the keys to my immense enjoyment of this book. Author Lynette Eason has created an amazing conclusion to her fantastic series. I loved Final Approach and I recommend it to all fans of romantic Christian suspense! I accepted a digital ARC from the author and publisher. There was no obligation for a positive review. I am voluntarily sharing my thoughts.

Wow!! Buckle up and hang on! Final Approach is the last book in the Lake City Heroes series and it is the perfect conclusion! The main characters, Andrew and Kristine are so dynamic and perfectly imperfect, which makes them so relatable. The plot grabbed me from page one and made it almost impossible to put down. And finally, the end. Just WOW! The ending was so good and unexpected! Overall, the book was fantastic and I would give it more then 5 stars if I could. I was given this book to read and review - all opinions are my own!

Hang on to your seats - this is one wild ride! A long awaited vacation for a great group of friends has finally begun. Only problem - their flight is being hijacked!! This is just the beginning of a complex plot puzzle that I wondered if there was any chance of deciphering who was being targeted and what was the motive behind it? A mystery with more twists and turns than you could imagine, betrayal and romance brings this wonderful series to a close. I am so grateful to Revell, Baker Publishing Group and NetGalley for the opportunity to read an early copy of Lake City Heroes #4. These impressions are my own and were in no way solicited.
