A: Installing / Changing Battery • Remove the FLAWLESS® cap. • Grab the upper section of the unit with one hand, the bottom half with the other, and pull apart to reveal the battery chamber. • Place 1 AA battery into the compartment, making sure the positive pole (+) is facing the bottom of the unit. • Slide/snap the unit’s bottom casing back into place.

Works decently for around the lips but its so hard to get the hairs near brows or other parts of face because you have to use it in a circular motion in order for it to work and trim facial hairs. Also sometimes it snags and hurts but great only for around the lips and chin or cheek area

I purchased the original generation 1 Flawless Facial Hair Remover years ago, but since then, I've purchased 3 generation 2 Flawless Facial Hair Removers; 2 for me, and 1 for a relative. I find that this current new and improved generation 2 device moves along the contours of my face more smoothly than the generation 1 does. The Flawless products are the best beauty tools I've ever purchased, and none of them have broken down or been faulty. Using the device is quick, easy, and painless. I love that they each come with a mini brush to clean out the hairs. I only wish that I'd bought Flawless products sooner! They're priced decently and all work wonderfully, and I've had no problem whatsoever purchasing replacement heads online. I love the facial hair remover so much that I also bought the Flawless Nu Razor and the Flawless Brows, and they work wonderfully too.

I bought this around a month ago. It has been nothing but a nightmare. The hair did not catch in the cup & is all over my body. I have missed 2 days of work. I purchased the facial hair removal shaver to remove a couple of hairs off of my chin. HUGE MISTAKE! BUYERS BEWARE. Because of using this product has caused me to have a full beard! I gave a 1 star rating because it doesn't give you a 0 or negative option to choose. I definitely wouldn't recommend this product unless you want to grow a beard.
