Out fire place/fire pit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fire place/fire pit so much that this is my third one over a 25 year time span. Please don’t stop making this unit! Its the best for large groups while providing loads of heat. Yes it will rust over the years but you will definitely get your moneys worth while getting 4 to 5 year enjoyment with friends and family. Maybe larger if you keep it covered or inside a garage/shed when not in use. Wife always wanted something fancy but this being 28” round accommodates large fire with plenty of heat for all my redneck friends, we don’t need pretty, we need heat.👍

Good product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The grate included with the fireplace is very thin and does not stand up well to the high heat of multiple fires. Also, the heat of the fireplace also deformed one of the plastic wheels. Otherwise, it is a great product.

A great Fire Pit
The fire pit was easy to assemble and looks great. Waiting for next weekend to fire it up. The screws with the washers worked great. The person who could not get his screen to stay must have neglected to use the screws and washers provided to anchor it to the base and the person whose screen and base separated with the screw piercing the base neglected to use the provided washer which would have prevented his problem which his picture clearly showed.

Looks nice, but parts were missing. That's gonna cost a star...
Upon unpacking the box, unfortunately I found that 2 of 3 small lid retainer pieces were missing. Went to the website, live chatted, and received the needed parts exactly one week after initial delivery. Assembly was straightforward and relatively simple. Fasteners seem a bit chintzy, but otherwise this is a relatively good quality unit. This one has lots of room inside - 16 to 18 inch long logs fit in it easily.

Warm us up!
Large enough to burn brush, branches, twigs and logs from trees, garden and shrubs. Screen to protect from sparks. Lid to keep embers from flying around and contain the fire/flames. Wheels to easily roll it anywhere in the yard or on patio. Relatively easy to put together but takes some time to do it right.

Nice, but poor craftmanship
I like this fire pit. It's convenient and I like being able to relocate it, but the craftmanship is not up to par. The screws on the handle loosened when they got hot and it's difficult to tighten Phillips screws around the handle. The bar of the ash tray broke right away. I also imagine it rusting quickly if left outside.

You'll enjoy using this one ... AND even putting it together.
Nicely packaged with all the parts & pieces there. (Though, from the package appearance ... it took a beating in transit! But arrived intact ...) Slight problem with getting the fire screen 'in round shape/form' so that it fits well within the bottom pan. Overall, very good experience!

Functional Fireplace
Fireplace is a good size and portable which allows easy movement around the backyard area and to a storage location. However, the screen are fastened to the base by only two screws. I feel that this is inadequate. There should be two more screws on either side to insure integrity and stabilization of the fireplace.

Great product!
Just bought our second one. Had our first one for 5 years and used it a lot. We kept it outside year-round with a cover on it and it withstood the elements tremendously. Love it's mobility and decided we'd buy another one being it was time for a refresher.

Nice looking firepit.
Assembly was very easy. The instructions were easy to follow. All parts were included and nothing was missing. Everything went together as described. I"ve given this a 4 because I haven't burned anything it it yet. It seems sturdy enough, but time will only tell if worth the 5th star. Looks good!!

Seems like a good option after installing
The fireplace was easy to install. Wheels were a bit awkward to tighten due to the locking nut but with an additional hand it works fine. Spark arrestor seems a bit flimsy and doesn't hold it's shape when on the fireplace. This may change after its first use.

Great warmth
My wife really loves this fire pit over our previous one. She actually was able to stay back from it and still be warm. With our old one, she had to be almost on top of it to feel the heat.
