[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My granddaughter loves this toy; we played for a good 45 minutes with it. She loves how you use the tongs to remove the plants. This teaches dexterity and color recognition. Very well made wooden toy. Enjoyed this one alot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A really high quality set the cn be used for activities to develop fine motor skills, with tweezers, and color matching and counting. It comes as a little garden with colored vegetables that can be replaced in their matching space. I loved to imagine what each vegetable is with my daughter. My almost 3 year old had a lot of fun exploring and imagining what fruits are in each color.

While my kids are middle schoolers, this toy is developmental appropriate for them. It is helping with their fine motor skills as well as color recognition. They absolutely love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tiny Garden Wooden sorting toy is very well made. The wooden vegetables are lightweight and the felt stems are secured on well. The greenhouse piece is also very sturdy and the vegetable pieces sit nicely within the designated holes. The colors are also nice and distinct. The tong piece had wide wooden pieces and created with elastic to make it easier to grip and maneuver. However, my child a bit of a hard time pinching it to grab the pieces. The elastic resistance is quite tight, and while I could easily use it, it was a bit too hard for little hands. While she still enjoyed playing with, her hand tired after awhile, and ended up just using her hand to take the pieces in and out. That said, the sorting set is very cute and great for on working coordination and color sorting/matching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept of the toy is to allow your preschooler to build on sorting and fine motor skills. While this may be possible, my children quickly lost interest in the toy. To improve this toy I would suggest that the colors be more distinct, as some of them are very similar, and the chopsticks used to grab the pieces be a little more solid in construction. This may work as a teaching instrument where your child is only anticipated to play with it for a short duration, but I don't see it being something that they will use for a prolonged period of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great. It has very nice colors and it is a great tool for fine motor skills. The only thing I have a problem with is that the yellow and green blocks look almost identical to each other. Wish they were more distinctive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is a small but mighty sorting set. Very adorable green house m design. My daughter is 5 and absolutely loves to play with it. She plays with it most days. The material is nice quality wood with very sturdy felt. Love how all the wood are sealed and edges are rounded. Don’t have to worry about kids getting splinters. Colors are very pleasing. The orange, green, red, purple, blue, and yellow are very mellow, easy on the eyes. Love the little details on them. Kids can learn to sort, learn their colors, and practice their fine motor skill. Great little set for children. This is very sturdy and last though many use. Definitely would recommend it for children in preschool.

It is great for strengthening little fingers and hands! The pieces are smaller than I expected, but the quality is great!

A must have for any preschool age child who needs help practicing their grips and coordination. We are suckers for Montessori style learning and this is exactly that. My daughter very happily picks up the plays and releases them in their places with some effort, which means she needs more practice with her pincer grip which will eventually help her with skills like grasping a pencil to write etc. I love the concept and execution. It is very well made and sturdy, will last forever honestly. Very good activity toy for any preschooler and a great way to learning about planting from young.

We have 4 kiddos and have LOTS of practical toys, but this leads the pack! The “tweezers” are easy for the kids to use and the felt of the plants is easy to grab. All around win!

It does not take up a lot of space, which helps with storing it. Each of the plants has a colored pot that corresponds with a slot in the “greenhouse” base. My toddler enjoys sorting the plants into the correct spots. It helps with familiarizing the colors. The chopsticks are an added fun layer. Not only does it help with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, but my toddler loves using them. I really enjoy filling my home with toys that are educational but fun at the same time. The fisher-price wooden sorting greenhouse definitely fits that description!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute wooden sorting toy from Fisher Price- one of their newer ones with more wood and muted colors. My granddaughter enjoyed the toy but honestly, I can’t see the interest continuing. It is recommended for 3+ and I think just too basic a sorting toy for that age. The tweezers add a bit of fun and a challenge, but not enough. We also thought (kids and adults) that the muted colors were difficult to name and even harder to distinguish- especially the yellow and green (ish). And the “purple” plant didn’t even seem the same purple as the hole it matched. It looked like there might be a few other plant sets in this line and perhaps it could add to the imaginative play, but as a color sorter, I was not especially impressed.

The chopstick like things are a great feature & I have noticed such an improvement since we 1st got this toy, he use to drop the plants and have alot of trouble with it, but now he can pick the plants up with the sticks with no problems & moves them where he wants

Durable, well made, helps build motor skills and dexterity. Not too heavy for little hands. The parts are sturdy. The kids especially loved sorting using the chopsticks.
