A: is the mattress separate from the foam or is the foam the mattress? I didn't see a mattress in any photos or demos.

Q: What is the mattress pad made from/supported? (I'm returning a different bassinet because inside the pad is just cardboard and a tiny piece of foam with no support besides the mesh holder.)

A: The mattress material is polyester batting and there’s a hardboard inside – not cardboard.

Q: How is the mattress supported from underneath, besides the mesh? Do the frame bars circle the outside and go across, or is it solid on bottom?

A: In steps 3 & 4 in the instructions at the link below, show the tubes that are attached to the bottom of the bassinet, under the mattress. The soothing part it's barely makes the motion they claim. it's waist of battery and money. And the mattress that's in side it's like a piece of paper, does not have enough cushion to support newborn baby! I'm returning for sure.

worked fine for first 2 months, but quickly becoming too small for infant. he often wakes himself up because the bassinet moves so easily. the rocking motion does nothing to soothe baby or keep him asleep. many bassinet sheets are too big but snoo sheets work well.

I loved this bassinet for my first child so we bought another, although we used it and loved the concept there was alittle hole in the netting in the first one as well as this new one we just bought. just alittle disappointed to buy something brand new and there to be a whole on it from the get go. otherwise we would give it a 5 star

The motion was not at all soothing, baby slept awful in this and we ended up just using the pack and play. The straps used to allegedly keep it steady did not work. I liked the mesh sides, that’s it

The bassinet is ok, I not a huge fan of how thin the pad is. Our baby wasn’t a fan either but I know it’s always an individual preference. Setup was pretty easy.

I Like The Mesh Sides, You Can Clearly See Baby & Know They Are Safe Feom Suffication. The Mobile Is Cute And The Mirrors On Th4 Stars Catches My Babys Attention. The Sound Maching & Lifht Projector Is Nice But I Wish You Had The Option Of Choosing How Long It Stayed On. This Ises Batteries Which Can Become Pricy But Makes It More Portable. I Do NOT Like The Rocking Feature. Anytime Baby Moves The Slightest Bit, It Rocks. I Wish There Was A Way To "Lock" It Fdom Rocking

Too low for postpartum recovery. If you have a c section this will be too deep for you to bend and pick up your baby late at night. Uncomfortable, baby could not stay asleep long in it. It moves too much and bed part is very thin.He woke up every hour with this bed. He slept better in pack n play and his crib. I returned mine after 2 weeks of fussy baby at night. Bought something else and immediately my baby had the best night sleep since we brought home from hospital.
