There is no/minimal scent and it is THICK! I hate gel that is watery. A little goes a long way and it shapes my curls great for 2-3 days!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I feel like this is definitely aimed towards men, from the scent, but it's not a bad scent if you are a woman. It's not overpowering. Didn't leave any shine, which isn't good or bad for me. I used it to hold a few hair style and it holds pretty well, no crunch in my hair which was good. Easy to wash it out after and you'll need to wash your hands as it leaves a residue. It's just a clear gel so it doesn't leave any residue or color in your hair. Very affordable as well. I'd definitely recommend it, more for men but use able for woman as well. I just wouldn't say it's the strongest hold you can get.

My husband uses it for every day styling, and I used it for my daughter’s dance recital and her hair stayed in place. The shine is just right and the scent isn’t strong.

I can barely get him to wash his hair, let alone style it, but with THIS he has been excited to wash and style so this is a BIG pre-teen Momma! It’s a thick sticky consistency yet when you apply in your hair it just melts in and leaves NO sticky texture or residue behind. I was shocked at how it changed. It feels clean and doesn’t look crunchy or greasy, yet it keeps the style. I don’t k ow how they do it but I’m loving this SO much.

After washing I apply a quarter -ish sized amount to wet her and comb it through. The holding power is very good, my son's curls are neat and contained even after a warm day at the local amusement park! This gel gives the holding power I love without adding any crunch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this in my girls hair that has 4C curls but we love a slick back pony which requires a really great gel! This helped slick her hair down and created an all day hold. And when I took it down in the evening, I made sure to separate the hair to make sure there was no residue or buildup and there was absolutely none and the HAIR is still had a little bit of flexibility to it. So while it was a very firm hold, it wasn’t a mess to take out either. Will absolutely be using this every day for the ponytails!!

It dries to a firm hold without being stiff and without flakes. I used it on towel dried curly hair and it kept my curls in shape. I didn’t love the scent as this is targeted towards men so little bit on the herbal side, but it’s not overpowering. I can see myself using the whole tube.

It is made in the USA. Ingredients are listed on the tube. It’s cruelty free. This has nice fresh, clean scent to it. It isn’t strong. It’s not too noticeable. It really seems to live up to the claims. I have very fine hair and a lot of products can make my hair look and feel weighed down and greasy. This is a thick consistency, so I was worried it would weigh my hair down. But it feels so lightweight in my hair, like nothing at all. It reduces frizz. It gives shine to my hair, making it look healthy rather than greasy. I have very dark brown hair and this didn’t leave any white residue behind, it also didn’t flake at all throughout the day. It’s alcohol free and contains ingredients in it that help make it hydrating for the hair. The texture in my hair is nice - not crunchy or stiff, I can easily run my fingers through it. My son also tried this in his hair. His hair is thick and gets super wild. He has to constantly get it trimmed or else it looks insane. And he needs a good gel to help tame the frizz and style it. He’s super picky about the gel he uses. This checks all his boxes - it holds his hair in place but also not feel crunchy, doesn’t leave any white residue or have flaking throughout the day, and it doesn’t add a bunch of shine. This works well, living up to all its claims AND you get a lot for the price!
