Q: Frame is assembled but door is too tight to close at the bottom.

The situation you described is typically caused by the following reasons, which can be addressed by the following steps: Check the hinge screws: First, check that the screws securing the door are fully tightened. Loose screws can sometimes cause slight deformation of the door frame, which can affect the door's opening and closing. Adjust the hinges: Our hinges typically have some adjustment space. You can try using a screwdriver to slightly loosen the hinge screws (not completely remove them), then gently adjust the door's position to ensure an even gap between the top and bottom of the door frame, then re-tighten the screws. Light Sanding: If the above methods still don't resolve the issue, the door panel or frame may have slightly deformed due to certain environmental conditions (such as humidity fluctuations).
