Shrinkflation!
What happened to the 36 oz refill for $5.99 ($.16 per oz). Now you are selling 28 oz refills for $6.69 ($.24 per oz). You can buy a new bottle for $3.39 ($.19 per oz). What!?!? If you want to encourage people to save the planet, wouldn’t it be a good idea to make the refill slightly more affordable (like the former 36 oz) ? Shrinkflation is ridiculous. I will look for a soap brand that doesn’t try to dup customers.

Love the product - but dislike the new look. It’s not very legible and disappears on the shelf. The old label worked waaaay better. Other than that - still the same product. Cleans and doesn’t irritate our skin or dry it out. Great product. Bad design change choice.

Not the same! It’s all water. It splashed everywhere when you pump the dispenser and is not as thick as the original soap the comes in the dispensers. This refill formula hardly even bubbles up!

I have been buying the free and clear, foaming hand soap for years. They changed the design packaging, but the ingredient list is identical to the old list. When I used the soap today with the new design, there is DEFINITELY a smell!!! I can smell it on my hands when they’re just at my side! They must’ve added a fragrance amount that is so low they didn’t have to put it on the labeling. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TRULY FRAG. FREE!
