Q: I have a 16 year old teen boy, should I get the kids extra strength or regular adult version? He loses focus, starts one assignment, then goes to another and forgets the other one. Will this help?

Be careful
Tried these for my child, halved the dosage to start. He said it helped the first couple of days at school but he also became uncharacteristically aggitated, moody, and frustrated while also began having headaches. After stopping these, all these symptoms went away and he is back to himself. Be very careful with these.

My 9 year old son is a highly intelligent and advanced student, who is a creative. He is always buzzing around with invention ideas and plans. Many times he buzzes so much he loses track of mundane things he is supposed to be doing, like homework, or washing his water bottle for school. We started giving him these and we have noticed a marked difference- he seems mentally calmer and can fully follow through on his plans instead of becoming distracted by more plans or getting caught in the details and missing the big picture. The smell is a strong berry yogurt smell (like the yogurt melts you give to toddlers), which can be a big off putting until you get used to them.

I bought this supplement for my child who was diagnosed with ADHD. We don't want to put my child on ADHD medication yet so we decided to try this out. So far so good. He even tells me that he noticed a difference. Teacher told me that she also noticed him focusing more at school (she doesnt know we started this with him). I will continue giving this to him

Loving my child
My sons 6 I’ve been looking for something that’ll calm him help him focus and make us love to be around each other again.
