The sous vide temperature should not exceed 212°F (100°C), as the melting point of the bags ranges from 221°F (105°C) to 239°F (115°C). Q: Will these with with the food saver vs2280 model? Will they work with the attachment setting?

Q: These are smalle dimensions than the quart bags .I s the size gallon correct

Q: If these bags are not dishwasher safe (as answered previously), then why are they shown loaded on the bottom shelf of a dishwasher in the advertisement? Has the answer to this question changed?

Q: Are these bags dishwasher safe? There is a photo in the ad showing them in a dishwasher, but all the details in the description say to hand-wash.
A: Hello, this is from FoodSaver We do not recommend washing FoodSaver bags using dishwasher. You can hand wash FoodSaver bags and re-use them. However, it depends on the previous contents of the bag. FoodSaver® Bags that previously contained fruits, vegetables, breads and dry goods can be washed and reused. FoodSaver® Bags that contained raw meats, fish, eggs or un-pasteurized cheese should be discarded after use because they may contain invisible bacteria that will remain after washing. FoodSaver® Bags that contained greasy or oily foods should also be discarded, as they may be difficult to clean. FoodSaver® Bags can be washed by hand. Dry completely. They can then be re-vacuumed.
