Q: Is anyone else noticing that the lid for this moisturizer doesn't exactly "click" tight, or even really hold closed well?? Like my lid will come lose just by slight movement of the bottle. hmm.....??!

Good product
This moisturizer was recommended to me by an employee at ULTA many years ago. Previously I was using a $40 brand. She mentioned how this one worked even better. And it did! My face got clear since it doesn’t come with any acne formula. She mentioned I was drying out my face by using multiple acne products. I am very oily all year round and this is a great product to balance out my oiliness and not over drying out my face causing even more oiliness. I’ve been using it for over 3 years. I highly recommend it. You can’t beat this price.

Worth a try for oily skin
The texture is nice and dries nicely on your skin. I've been using it as a base for my day to day wear. I use Cur*logy on certain days, those days I would get a slight reaction in combination with this on top. I stopped using together and it subsided. You get a lot of cream too, great value.

Worth a try if you can get past the weird smell
I love this product but the downside is that it smells a little funky to me, my boyfriend didn’t seem to think so but either way, I didn’t mind that aspect as much because this product works so darn well! It has the same consistency and effect that a poreless primer would have, it’s pretty thick but doesn’t feel like it’s suffocating your skin. I initially bought this for my boyfriend who has oily acne-prone skin. I, on the other hand, have dry skin. This product is heaven sent for any skin type because it worked wonders for my skin and for my boyfriend’s too, so you know anyone can use it. What would elevate this product to the next level is if it had spf or had a better fragrance or just be fragrance free.

I'm so happy I ordered this! I have struggled with extremely oily skin my whole life. Never found anything that keeps me shine free for more than about an hour or so. I was about to give up and thought I'd try one more product, didn't think a $5 moisturizer could possibly ever be the solution, but it's AMAZING! Yeah, it smells bad, but the smell is gone quickly and my face is not shiny NOR flaky and tight! My new holy grail product!

Not shine free
When applying this moisturizer, it has a silky feel to it. As some have mentioned the smell is obvious but it’s honestly not a dealbreaker. I had purchased this product because of my oily skin, however it does not get rid of shine like it states. My skin was super greasy and oily after about an hour. It was honestly worse than other moistrurizers that don’t claim to be oil-controlling. Tried the product for a week without improvement.

Good but...
I like this products.. and the results.. my oil/sebum production is outrageous through out the day.. I have hormonal acne. And this defiantly helps I see a difference when I get home from a long day.. but this product has ALOT of alcohol.. which is what I don’t like.. I fear if I continue to use it my skin will become reliant on the alcohol ingredient... and that’s the problem with this product. I may return and stick to my Korean products which focus on ingredients that help your skin heal in the long run. This product needs to focus on the ingredients it promotes to help oil production instead of rely on the alcohol so much.

THE best
This stuff is the best!!! I’ve tried it all: cheap, name brand, drug store. Nothing works like this. It hydrates my skin but leaves it matte and ready for makeup. I have hella oily skin and nothing else works like this bad boy.
