Product perfect for what we needed. But this company sucks!. Would be really hard pressed to ever go back. If I find something again, I'll take photos and write down item information. And then try to make purchase directly with product manufacturer. Would prefer not to go through this store again. Service exhausting and frustrating..

Mishap on down rod size
For the looks and functionality it has a 5 STAR. I was unhappy with the size of the down rod (pole that holds the fan), It was too short so over all 4 stars. when I arrived home to see the installed fan it was too high. The fan offers great ventilation but it was too high on my ceiling. I had to order a longer down rod and now have to schedule for the electrician to fix with the correct down rod. None the less I love the look and feel of the fan!!

Great for dark rooms!
Lots of great light to brighten a room with a dimmer for controlling output. Dimmer switch wiggles a bit. Pricey. So far pleased overall.
