  • A: The new bottles have this PROBLEM! SOLUTION: the dispenser has a small collar that isn't actually part of the main cap. Gently keep the collar from moving and release plunger/dispenser!

  • A: No smell to this soap. When I was pouring it into my dispenser, there was the tiniest bit of smell (so they haven't added any fragrance to mask the natural scent of the cleaning agents!), but I don't smell it when I use it, and it leaves no odor on my hands.

    Foaming not liquid

    I ordered online for drive up pick-up. The package says liquid hand soap refill but it is a foaming soap refill. You can see foaming bubbles after just refilling and it poured out like water vs thick soap

    Great soap refill for sensitive skin

    As a person with sensitive skin who cares about the environment but needs a little more detergent than some of the traditional eco friendly brands, this has been a great option for our family. I just wish Target could keep it in stock in store so I didn’t have to buy the pumps when they run out. Overall a good product with a fair price. Please don’t discontinue, Target!

    Overly diluted

    I boughtvthe refill and noticed that the hand soap is overly diluted. I gave a three star for the ingredients but in terms of value fir nonet this is 1. You are better off buying hand soap and diluting with water to give a foaming hand wash.

    Better than more well-known brands

    I initially didn't think I'd like this as well as some of the more well-known brands, but took a chance. Turns out, I like it better than the bigger brand names I've tried. This soap is thicker than others, is truly fragrance free (unlike some of the brands that say they are but aren't), and actually leaves my hands feeling softer and more moisturized than others. I highly recommend.

    Packaging changeup was not a good idea

    PACKAGING IS CONFUSING! This is for the LIQUID SOAP, not the foaming soap. And now you’ve changed the packaging of the foaming soap after it’s had the exact same branding as the liquid soap.     The only unscented soap that lathers well

    Damaged Product - Horrible Customer Service Experience

    The bag of soap arrived busted and covering the rest of the contents of the box. Target customer service refused to replace the soap or any of the items it damaged unless the busted bag was driven to my closest Target, an hour away, to be returned. Do not order!
