Q: Why is it when I try to unscrew the rod from the mounting bracket to change the curtains there is not enough space to unscrew and remove the rod?

Q: How does the center piece fit into the center bracket? I cannot get the piece with the ring for the center to fit into the center bracket.

A: Hi Kendall - Great Question! Kendall: After the end and center brackets are properly mounted in your space, add curtains to one rod section and slide it through the center bracket. You willl then secure the curved rod end to the mounted end bracket; ensure the rod size section is attached to its corresponding end bracket size. Add curtains to second rod section and slide it into the other rod, then secure the added rod to the other end post. I bought this product in October 2023 and loved it. It’s still holding up my curtains in one bedroom. I just bought a second set to replace the curtain rod in the guest room but it’s not the same product. The anchors are massive and don’t even work. We now have massive holes in our wall and are just going to chance going without the anchors. It’s not drywall so we think it should work. We did not have this issue at all when we installed the product we bought last year.

Cheap drywall anchors are worse than worthless

I stupidly tried to use the cheap drywall anchors it comes with. They are too flimsy to screw into my drywall and leave large holes when pulled back out. If you want to use the rod you should buy better anchors.

Says up to 66 inch. There’s no middle bracket and if you put it out 66 inches the rods will just fall apart from each other. Can only go out 65 inches and even then with no middle bracket it’s not straight in the middle. Bought the 66 in to 120 inch that does come with a middle bracket.

Hollyc20: Generally, for the 36"-66" curtain rod size in the market, a center bracket is not necessary to safely support the number of curtains that can be hung on a rod this size. If you care to add a center bracket to your 36"-66" rod, there are brackets in various finishes sold separately in the market. The 60"-120" rod set includes a center support bracket that needs to be installed, along with screw anchors that help strengthen the attachment of the brackets to the wall. Loved the rod itself but the anchors are crap. Bought 4 rods for one room. First two had no issues but on the third there must have been a new lot of anchors because I had nothing but issues. Not sure what to do about the 6 holes in my wall and no curtain rod to cover them

Simple design, didn’t like that it had a scratch as if I was given one someone had attempted to put up and scratched it and returned it. But I need my curtains up for privacy so I put it up with the imperfection pointing up towards the ceiling.
