Description
Kenya AA -This African coffee is bright, complex, exceptionally sweet, and shares a perfect balance and floral fragrance that most wet-processed Kenyan coffees possesses. Our Kenya AA coffee has less of an acidic "bite" than other African coffees, allowing those who prefer lower levels of coffee acidity to experience the dynamic wine-like brilliance, fragrant fruit notes, and silky body of our Kenya AA coffee.Hand-picked coffee cherries are delivered to the wet mill the same day they are harvested. Cherry sorting is carried out at the mill, followed by wet processing, then sun-drying on raised tables. The coffee beans then proceed to the dry mill for secondary processing.Bungoma County AA coffee is grown by small holders, generally with less than 200 trees each, delivering fresh coffee cherries to cooperative mills.Ingredients: 100% Arabica coffee.OU Kosher certified. The FRC Kenya AA is in my top 5. Right up there with Kona, Jamiacan Blue Mountain, Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, and Tanzanian Peaberry. Kenya AA is a bold bean that we use for both regular coffee and espresso. I recommend this as a regular staple for those that enjoy stronger, but smooth coffee.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two of our favorites are Kenya AA Medium and Light roast. The Medium is actually medium-dark with slight oils. It is certainly more robust than the Light and has great flavor with no bitter aftertaste even with stronger brews. We use 16/1 water/coffee by weight measure. One of our top three pics from FRC.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent coffee. I have been ordering Kenyan coffee for about 15 years That is my favorite coffee along with a couple other African coffees. I can not say that this coffee was better than others I have used, but it was equal to the better roastets I have used in the past. Price on this was a little less than I have been paying, so that is good. Understand that I have been ordering premium brands that have been roasted days or a week before shipment. So I am comparing this to other premium roasters. There is nothing about this coffee that I can say is not good, because the coffee is excellent .
