Remove one Pad Liner from pouch and place on top of maxi pad. Close lid after use to retain moisture. Replace Pad Liner with each maxi pad change. Gently dry by patting or blotting with toilet tissue or a soft cloth before application of this product, Add foam on top of pad or pad liner. Apply to the affected area up to 6 times daily or after each bowel movement.Children Under 12 Years of Age

Q: What Frida supplies in this kit would I need to buy extra of to get me through a 'typical' postpartum recovery? E.g., there are 4 disposable underwear, 4 Maxi Pads and 24 Perineal Liners. Would you typically change the liner more often than the pad?

I purchased this as a baby shower gift for a friend & when she opened it the entire kit was missing. If I were you I would open & check before leaving the store.

Received as part of my baby registry but was surprised when I opened it up to find no peri bottle. Felt a little deceived as the description and even name of the item seemed to imply that it was included. Happy there was nothing else missing but still feel as if it should have been included.

I love the compact easy packing and the handle is top tier. So cute to move around to different bathrooms around the house. The scent isn't over bearing at all. It's a great value for everything you get. It's always nice to have a good reliable brand name of stuff for recovery.

I love that it comes in a caddy that has perfect slots for each item! The caddy can be set right by the toilet where each item will be used. The smell of the healing foam is wonderful, the witch hazel does wonders!

Everything that it comes with is a must because you really need them so that you can recover faster and ease the pain. Best part of this is that it it comes in a toilet-top storage caddy and that way you have everything together for when your ready to use it. My only issue is the price, probably would be more cheaper if you bought the product separately.

The disposable underwear is so comfortable and cooling wipes and witch hazel spray helped the healing and makes you feel so much better. The peri bottle is easy to use and the gown is fantastic for sleep/ feeding .
