I got a part that was incorrect and Elizabeth quickly got the correct part sent out to me within a day. I can't say enough about Elizabeth she took great care of me and I will definitely be going back to MewAir for any other parts I might need.

I filled my reservoir with the ice packs and a sufficient amount of ice and the air that is coming out of it still feels the same as when I had regular cold water (no ice or anything) from the tap in it. This water with the ice is FREEZING. I had suspicions that perhaps I got a faulty unit. So I turned of the "cooling mode" and switched it to just "fan mode" and lo & behold… the air is the same temperature as when it's on "cooling mode". I wouldn't trust buying this remanufactured product. I'm extremely disappointed and now I don't even want to give a brand new one a shot.

This unit helped me during the hottest parts of summer. I love that I am able to choose between 4 settings that best fit my needs. The unit really helps to circulate the air in my apt and the unit isn't loud.

I really do like the product I actually bought two of them the first one I had to return within 90 days to the store where I bought it because it started beeping incessantly and wouldn't make cold air the second one started doing the same thing but it was after the 90-day return policy and so now I'm waiting on a part to replace in my cooler so that I can use it again.

I bought this cooler because I wanted something that wasn't going to cost me a huge light bill at the end of the month. This unit puts out a good amount of cooling air and helps me sleep well at night by providing cool fresh air in the room. It actually relieves my allergies and prevents my sinuses from drying out. Customer service is really great when you have a problem and will provide you a solution when something goes wrong.

For the dry Colorado weather this unit puts out a lot of humidity and cools a room at the same time. The pleasant sleep mode makes you feel like you are sleeping outside in a gently wind caressing your face. Easy to refill water tank that you can put extra ice in to make it run even cooler.

Humidity is very low, and many people rely on evaporative coolers, instead of air conditioning, because they tend to work very well in this climate. The air that comes out of them is COLD. This little appliance is worthless for cooling. It is basically a humidifier. Running on High, it produced a weak stream of lukewarm air, which made me sweat more because of the humidity increase. Really, really disappointed. Cannot recommend.
