Q: what is the height from the floor to the bottom of the lower crossbar? Need to see if it will go over my waterflow.

A: I measured 32 inches from floor to the bottom of the shelf.

Very cute piece. Fits over standard toilet, but you have to wait to put the bottom crossbar on until after you've positioned it against wall. Missing a screw and a couple hinges were shoddy. Definitely not white--off-white, but that's clear in the picture.
Cabinet looks good!

When I finally got the cabinet put together it is sharp. My problems were the instructions to assemble it weren't in the proper order as far as the steps go, there was a piece missing and one of the pieces of glass had a 4" scuff in it.

The item looks EXACTLY how it's pictured.. "off-white/ivory" NOT white as described. I was betting on it being off-white because my bathroom is bone colored. It matches perfectly!! I also have to mention one handle is longer than the other .. it is noticeable but I'll deal with it. I did have concerns about it fitting over my toilet because I have a tall "chair" style toilet. Good news! It fits perfectly above it. If you're a perfectionist don't get it, but if you're looking for something cute and off-white it's perfect!

I was excited to receive my purchase but disappointed that the legs did not fit over my standard sized toilet. I have a space saver in my other bathroom and the measurements are the same but this item did not fit because the legs are square and thick. Unfortunately, I had to return this item since I couldn't use it. I would suggest buying this item if you have a small toilet tank.
