Had to reorder because I received damage/opened packages. I’m assuming that they tried to see what Fuggler character was inside. And they all had some kind of tear. Whoever shipped them had to have seen tears. Was a big disappointment because they were part of my daughter’s gifts for her friends. Luckily, contacted customer service and received my 2nd order on time for Valentine’s.
