I love the latest scanner. I had an ix500 which was good but this one is far superior. It is compact and so fast. The screen on the scanner gives so much information.

We wanted a scanner to be easy to interface with and be mobile to use at a job site. The software is very easy to use and renaming scans was a breeze. What we had done the previous year of slow scanning and using our phones was a nightmare and took 5 times more to complete the task. A life saver

Really nice scanner and fast, but the bundle of software and documentation is very confusing and sparse on how to use information. I'm finally starting to feel comfortable with scanning and storing documents, but I'm sure there must be easier and faster methods to do what I'm attempting to accomplish.

Super happy with this scanner, I previous had a Raven, but it didn't like thick paper, or even thin paper with a piece of tap. So much harder to use. This scanner is a breeze, easy to edit, adjust and scans everything :)

Purchased the IX1600 after 8 year using the previous version. I bought the receipt edition. This machine is fast! Both sides scan and it is easy to use. I loved my old machine and the software manager which this one does not have. The small picture on screen of the scans is not as high quality but the scans are. I still need to learn the ins and outs but overall am very satisfied.

I like the overall performance, but I get confused when trying to understand how to switch uses/options/profiles. I think there should be more in-depth instructions. Not all of us are technically savvy. A little more hand holding. please.

Have purchased and used diffgerent Scanne products over the years in connection with my. business ventures and have focused primarily on the Xerox product line. In past years I had also briefly reviwed but not considered the Fujitsu/Ricoh products but never purchased. After careful research, and review of the Scan Snap product line we chose to buy and what a great choice. Features, ease of use and overall speed and benefits its a real winner and we will stick with these products for the years to come to meet the needs of our clients as well as our own in house requirements!
