This seems to make my hair a little easier to brush through after I shower. It smells great but it seems to leave a coating on my hair. It didn’t define my wavy/light curly hair. And it didn’t seem to moisturize like my usual “it’s a 10”. I guess Function wants us to spend the extra $3 on their add-in packets to add moisturizer to this product that is already more expensive than the typical drugstore product.

This works best on wet hair before styling. When I use it on damp hair, it gets crunchy but when used on wet hair it really locks in curls and smells soooo good

I bought this for my young daughter who has thick, coily curls. I wet her hair and then spray this in, which allows me to brush her hair without much fuss (no tangles). It also seems to help fight frizz throughout the day and doesn't leave an oily residue.

Loved the smell of this and really wanted it to work for me. It did not detangle my hair at all. It was all right for refreshing my curls the day after washing but left a film on my hair.

Fragrance subtle, lightweight, definite shine, hair did not feel too coated. My hair is gray, colored, fine strands curly, normal scalp and susceptible to allergies to most products and Argon Oil. I bought it for the purpose if minimizing frizz, tangle and damage caused by blow drying during cold weather. Sprayed into hair after mild towel dry and result was soft shiny curls instead of frizz and dryness, It is possible to overspray and feel coated on fine hair. Later it rinsed out in shower to still feel mildly conditioned, washes out easily. Used for touch up by dampening with Evian Face spray first and result was some shine and curl instead of frizz, No intrusive fragrance. Recommended because Ive purchased almost every product at Ulta, Nordstrom and Sephora for same purpose-this product was the only one I had no reaction to yet, not much buildup, light fragrance and decent detangle. And I noted while outdoors on trails fragrance did not attract too many insects - as so many products do which is good because the less deet spray needed is healthier for me.

i like that it’s a really lightweight formula but i think i got a defective bottle. the first time i sprayed it, a glob came out and landed on my floor. this isn’t a huge deal to me as i can just pump it into my hands and then apply but it isn’t the intended application method per the instructions on the bottle.

think i had an allergic reaction. very itchy on my scalp and my hands after touching my hair. skin near scalp is breaking out. i cant be the only one. my hair silky though; a reforumation may be in order..

I received this product as a gift. The first thing I noticed about it was the smell! It smells so good and fresh and the smell lasts for a long time after my hair dries. It made my hair very soft and luxurious once it had dried, and I could see this being amazing for detangling as well. It did make the waves in my hair more bouncy and shiny, over all I believe this is a great product and I will be using it very regularly.

I love this spray! Not only does it smell fantastic, helped detangle my hair, and added a ton of shine to my blowout. I have naturally very curly and frizzy hair and this seemed to really help calm it down and smooth it out. I also added in two of the shine boosters to the bottle of Curls with Benefits and I think it really helped add some more shine into my hair. Curly hair can sometimes get a bit dull when styled so I loved this spray to bring my color to life. Would definitely recommend and look forward to incorporating this into my every day routine. Was gifted by Function of Beauty.

I loved this product so much, it was gifted by function of beauty x target.Usually it’s very hard to untangle my hair cause I get many knots but I sectioned my hair and sprayed the product on and it worked like a charm! It was easy to customize to my needs and I have very dry hair so this product left it super moisturized! the smell is a plus! the texture of the product is perfect because it’s not too runny or too thick.

So, I've been using the function of Beauty Curls With Benefits Spray- Detangle, Define & Shine spray for detangling my hair after wash and for styling. I've always had a hard time finding a detangling spray and this one has been my go to! I really like how this has also helped with softening the curls that became hard from other products! I also really liked the smell. It smells sweet and not too strong for the nose. I've also used this for extra shine to make may hair more vibrant and life like. Another benefit of this product is that it's made with coconut oil and squalene which my hair loves these ingredients. I was gifted by functionogbeauty and I'm so thankful!
