Broke in 3 days. It literally worked. Watch never charged correctly from day 1. Customer service kept trying DIY solutions (I.e. charge for 24 hours then hold power button. If that doesn’t work, try this …. Etc.) Battery swelled and watch face started to separate. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service only to be told that I need to add $5 per month and pay $40 to replace OR $90 plus tax to cancel.

There was a bit of a learning curve for me and my son, but the capacity to create focus blocks when only guardian contact is possible has helped us both with increasing freedom. I have a young fifth grader, so the peace of mind is great! He is getting invested in the step count and using the task list as well, which is a bonus.

Recent purchases this for my 10 year old some. As a parent, I love the control we have and safety off the device. My son loves it. It keeps us in contact, but also keeps him safe. Highly suggest this to any parent that wants to ease them into a phone, but keep them safe at the same time.

It includes calling, text messages, has a couple of cutes games to play, and a fitness app that tracks different types of activities. Great option for a kid that needs to ability to communicate without the burden of keeping track of a phone!

While we have had our fair share of issues with Gabb Watch (three different watches stopped working in span 18 months) the costumer service team has always been phenomenal! We have gotten replacements without issue. The tech team is always helpful troubleshooting and getting problems solved. The extended warranty is totally worth purchasing. The watch itself has been great for our 11 year old. She has more independence as we can track her location. We love that we can be in contact with her while avoiding the dangers of smart phones and unbridled access to internet and social media!

The customer service for Gabb has been great and extremely thorough and helpful/ esp the chat feature. Long story short - had to order replacement Gabb for a lost watch / or so I thought. I was having issues pairing the new watch … after a few failed attempts with the Gabb rep and a lot of rebooting the app and my phone it was discovered the missing watch was actually in my hand while the new watch remained in my son’s backpack. The rep was great to deal with ,extremely patient and pleasant while playing detective and confirming the missing watch was no longer and was helpful in offering assistance in connecting me with billing for a possible refund and return of the new watch. Still puzzled at the circumstances around the newly found watch but thankful nonetheless.

My Gabb watch for my child was not working, black screen. I had tried to fix many times and finally needed a replacement. I got one free of charge I just need to send in old one. I was very pleased with the level of support all the way through the process especially with swapping from old to new.

Good product for children to have when playing in the neighborhood. I like the quiet time option and being able to manage the contacts. I do wish the battery life was longer. I had to buy a second watch because my son lost the first one and the battery died, so it couldn't be located.

We live an a subdivision with spotty areas of coverage. This works much better than another similar device we had. Bought one to try and decided to purchase a second watch for my son. This watch has been a game changer for my family. My son has ASD and loves to leave my side in public (elope). This watch makes it easy for me to find/call him. Setting the timer helps keep him on routine when he’s not in school. The instructions and setup were very easy to follow.

I decided to purchase a Gabb watch for my nine-year-old son. I didn't want him staring at a phone all day or even asking with all the apps out there and stuff that is available. I heard about Gabb from a friend as she got one for her child. I thought it was the best idea! He can go down to the park or even the closest store we have and and I feel so much better knowing that I can call him, he can call me and I'll know he's safe. And it's great for him being able to call if I'm late picking him up from school. Love the safe zones and also the cute little games it has. I got the 2 yr. contract so by the time he is almost 12 he can get a phone. The only thing I kind of wish it has is a camera and music for him to listen to. And it needs charging nightly But it's great!:u1F90D::grin:
