DO NOT BUY
This is the worse Samsung phone I ever purchased. It does NOT hold a charge longer than 6 hrs. It's unfortunate that target would allow me to return it because the return window expired. I purchased Jul 9 2025.

Broken
I was excited to get it because my old one broke, and I was really looking for another watch. It was smaller than the one I previously had, but but the watch does not last longer than the day. Um, battery life. Um, my old 1 lasted 2 days for not being charged. So this is a scam, one way or another, because whatever the refurbishment did, they didn't fix the battery issue

Battery life stinks
Battery dies after about 7 hours, even in powersaving mode. I've had it about 4 months

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Watch4, Suzy. Your feedback is essential to us, and we would like to address your concerns regarding the battery life. To improve battery performance on your Watch4, consider adjusting features such as screen brightness, Always-On Display, or screen timeout settings, as these can significantly affect battery usage. Using Bedtime mode or Do Not Disturb mode during inactive hours can also help conserve battery life. If the battery continues to drain quickly, performing a reset or reaching out to support for further guidance might be beneficial. Your input is appreciated, and we hope these steps can enhance your experience with the Galaxy Watch4! -Kelvin

Warning for refurbished products!
I realize this was refurbished, but the charge should at least last a day on a watch. It drains way too fast and not worth the discounted price. Will never purchase refurbished again, lesson learned!

Bad features
I bought this watch a year ago and have used it 5 times because of it bad battery life, now it won't even charge and won't turn on. I called Samsung and they refused to fix because it's out of warranty. TBH, this is the worst purchase I have ever made, with all that money, it didn't even last me a year.

Poor battery, lousy bands
I bought this watch for the fall feature, and I think I'm really sorry. The battery sucks: it needs to be charged every day. If I were to activate more functions, it wouldn't last that long. I have a small wrist, so finding a watchband that would keep it snug was a challenge. I am not happy with this product.

Not impressed
So far my experience with this watch has been less than enjoyable. Most apps available for the watch through the app store don't work the way they should and the actual amount of useful apps is very very limited. I guess I didn't realize before buying the watch that 90% of my everyday apps like Facebook, twitter, my bank app, ect weren't available for the watch. Not impressed with the fact that I can't stream music through my watch, so far it's basically just a remote to control the music as it plays through your phone. Constanly have problems with the body mass measuring, it makes it to 67% and errors out saying i n3ed to move my watch further up my arm and no matter how far i move it or how tight i make it it doesnt ever seem to work correctly. Pretty much the only useful thing for me is the sleep tracking. Overall if I had the choice again I wouldn't have purchased the watch.

Battery life terrible of course
I've had this watch now for several years. I like the watch and it's classic look... But like everyone else has already said, the battery life is ridiculous. Can't go a full 24 hrs without charging it unless you barely use it. BTW Samsung: No need to suggest that I have settings wrong or am using it incorrectly. FACT...the battery life is terrible no matter how you Spin this. Your developers should have addressed this matter instead of trying to justify it

No battery life at all
The battery life is non-existent. If I even use this for a few texts and one 15 minute walk a day, I have to charge it again in less than 24 hours. I can't use the features and definitely can't personalize it with photos (one of the main reasons I chose the Samsung watch). I tried and it died in hours. I had an Active 2 watch that I could use for everything and it would last days.

Trash Watch
It seems like it was working great when I first got it. Now since the last major update, it has not been the same, its straight useless. Stops in the middle of timed workouts and keep dropping connection from another workout app that I use. Never ran into this problem before until now. Also the battery life is crap too even when using the so called battery saving features. I think it also cheats me out of daily steps sometimes. When this stops working I'm not getting anymore.

Short on battery life no working software
I bought this watching July of 2022. The battery last about 20 hours. But the worst part is the software. I can not install the software onto my phone. They changed the software it use to show the length of sleep and the various levels. Such as light, deep even rem. It is now called Samsung health but when I installed there was no way to connect to my watch. So I uninstalled now get message not compatible with my devices. I am not about to buy another phone . So will need to find a different watch.
