The app is worthless and the data never updates on it. It works okay but I have had the same price range watch that has a better app and you can answer calls and texts. I would suggest finding a better brand.

watch restarts itself constantly. when this happens it doesn't reset itself to the correct time or keep the downloaded face you previously had it set to. it doesn't hold a charge well and the charger it came with doesn't always sit correctly so that it can charge fully. physically it looks nice and is sturdy and appears to be great quality but has frustrating functional issues

Do Not Buy!!
I never got it to give me the precise time. It was always 3 minute ahead. The touch screen stopped working and the warranty department didn't want to work with me.

Sadly, this watch was great while it lasted. It worked for a few months before it stopped working and wouldn't charge. I tried contacting the company but never got a response back, and it's far too late to return. :_(

mileage is wrong
i got this watch and tracking the mileage is wayyy off. i used strava on my phone and my watch and my watch says i only ran 1.2 miles and strava says i did 4 there's no way i only ran 1.2 miles

There will always be a 10-20% difference in terms of an average industry standard of steps. That means that the steps you are getting now, 10-20%, will be inaccurate because they don't account for specific outside movements. Many factors go into how accurate a pedometer is. The pedometer tracks steps based on arm movement, so wear the watch slightly higher on your wrist and ensure the sensor at the back is unobstructed. Our smartwatches may not give you the same result you are getting from other brands, but we can assure you that our pedometer's accuracy is aligned with the industry standards. Bluetooth doesn't work, won't connect to my phone no matter what I try. I also noticed a prefume fragrance coming from the band, so I'm assuming that I was sold a returned watch, which would make sense being that the bluetooth feature doesn't work. It's cheap for a reason!

Decent quality, not great iPhone app user interface UI
Pros- the watch face seems to be made of durable steel. It is a bit heavy and thick but that adds to the quality feeling. There is a great number and range of free watch faces, some very modern ones. I prefer a band that tucks underneath to be out of the way. This watch is not a bad value for the price point. Cons- the watch does NOT display bright enough, even at highest setting. It is very hard to see info when outside, but ok/ fine for indoors. The biggest con is the iPhone app- it's colorful with large icons to make it easy to read and navigate, but the information is not always easy to read. I didn't have too many issues with disconnecting as some iPhone reviews mention, but there is always (spinning) lag time as the app syncs to the watch. The info sometimes get stuck into settings you don't pick- will show km even tho the setting is Imperial units. Would keep turning on 'raise to wake' even when that setting was turned off. Maybe this watch operates better on the Android app. The battery life was fairly short in the few days I tried this out. I had to recharge on the 3rd morning.

Not so smart
This watch is frustrating because the app doesn't sync with the watch as it should. I've had to reset the app and restart my phone countless times but even then it doesn't sync correctly. I contacted itouch and followed the instructions with a tech person and I'm still having issues.

Bulky. Won't connect to phone. Doesnt log workout stats correctly. The first two days that I wore the watch, I had an allergic reaction to the material which caused a rash around the circumference of my wrist. Will be returning.

Dont waste your money
The vibration for notifications is nonexistent, and you cant manually turn off the display. The watch band is also very annoying to put on as it sticks to itself so it’s nearly impossible to get a snug fit.

Short battery life
Battery life only last 2 days. They advertise up to 7 days but it barley made it to the 2nd day and it needs to be charged. I only use it to track steps and don't use all the other functions so the battery life shouldn't be draining.

Only works for time. Doesn’t log steps or heart rate accurately. I bought this before looking online at other reviews saying it didn’t work (here they show positive reviews from years ago). Also, I ordered the titanium and they brought me (drive up pick up) a rose gold box with a sticker for titanium color. When I brought it inside to exchange, they brought me a new watch and same thing, rose gold watch in a box with titanium color barcode sticker. All-around shady-Returned! Silly me for trusting that a decent product was just on sale.
