Gaiam Studio Select Ultra-Sticky Yoga Mat

The best grip I have had out of any yoga mat I have ever used. During yoga, I think grip is almost as important as comfort when it comes to the thickness of the yoga mat, and this has both When used on tile wood floor the padding is sufficient to rest, the sensitive parts of your body, such as a kneecap or elbows on the ground without causing discomfort

The traction on this mat is amazing-my hands and feet stay put even in sweaty poses, so l can focus on my practice without slipping. It's firm enough to feel stable for balance moves but still cushy enough to be comfortable on my knees and joints. I've used it for yoga and Pilates, and it works perfectly for both. Easy to roll up and store, and it feels durable enough to last a long time. Definitely a great mat if you want stability and comfort in every session!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This yoga mat is definitely much sticker than others. I have tried. Not sticky like tape, I guess that’s just what they mean by attraction. It definitely makes me feel firm in place and not at all like I’m about to slip. It is also pretty thick, so you absolutely do not feel the ground below youpressing painfully on your knees. I also like this shade of navy as well.

I’m glad I found this one that is made of quality materials, is double sided, and is extremely grippy. Wetting the mat slightly with a damp cloth before use makes it even grippier. I like the colors and textures, and it has a good weight and thickness so it stays flat on the floor. I’m glad to have invested in a high quality mat.

It comes in different color options and Has a nice amount of cushion to it. The only thing that I don’t like about it is that it doesn’t come with any kind of handle or tie to hold it together after you roll it up. My daughter loves using this for practicing her stretches. Definitely a great yoga mat for the price.

It stays in place and doesn’t shift while exercising. I love that it comes in a variety of different colors and these could be a great gift that you have for someone on your list this holiday season. I felt like the price point was quite affordable and it does have some give in their mat.

It really has a great gripping to it that helps when sweat is adding up on the mat! This is really well priced and has a nice two tone coloration to it. I think this is a decently thick mat but the best part is you won’t be sliding all over right away when trying to hold poses. The only downfall is initially upon receipt it did have a slight chemical smell but that quickly went away.

The brand logo is class and small. I like when brands include their logo but keep it small. The mat is a good size and thickness. It of course is a yoga mat and it will work out great in my garage gym as a mat for my exercises and stretches. It isn’t slippery at all.
