Q: The consistency for this was very thin, liquidy, very different from past Gains I have bought. Did anyone else notice this?

A: We haven't made any recent changes to the formula, so you should see the same consistency that you're used to. However, if the liquid was stored in somewhere extremely hot (such as a hot car, or in direct sunlight), it may cause the liquid to become thin. What happened to the original Gain from my childhood? This is clearly not the same formula. It's mostly water, does not get my clothes clean, and has almost zero scent. I miss the old formula with that wonderful Gain fragrance. This new formula is a major FAIL. Will not buy again.
