Your app is horrific and trying to get any compassion or resolution is a nightmare.
You need to send someone to go and get the item that never should’ve been sent in the first place. I’m getting sicker and more exhausted by the amount of stress your mistake has caused me.

Love this scent!
I have been a gain fan for years but I absolutely love this scent. My kids clothes stay fresh smelling all day even when playing outside. There’s just something about this one, it’s my absolute favorite. It’s been hard to find lately though so I’ve had to order which stinks.

No relaxing
I only use gain but when I went to purchase it the original sent wasn’t available so I purchased the “Relax” sent and everyone in the house was scratching and itching all day and night

Scent is a bit off putting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love gain I think that it does a fantastic cleaning job and I normally like all of the sense that it comes in this one is a very overpowering scent and really just seems like a strong perfume. It’s a classic packaging and it always has been a good value for the money, but I’m not particularly a fan of this scent.

Fresh, clean scent

Love gain

It also cleans very, very well, but I pick it over others because of the scent. I was super excited to try the relaxed version and I was not let down. I definitely has a very calming and refreshing smell. My clothes kept smelling wonderful, free days and my closet. I would highly recommend

Really cleans, long-lasting fresh scent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m quite impressed with Gain Relax laundry detergent. It gets my laundry really clean-much better than my regular detergent. Also, the width of the top and the opening seems to be less messy than other bottles. And, I really like the fresh Dewdrop Dream scent too. The scent lasts on laundry for so long after washing. I’d definitely purchase this.
