To be honest, I haven’t noticed any huge changes in how I feel, but I also know magnesium supports stress regulation and sleep, so I’m trusting the process. What really stands out for me, though, is the taste. These raspberry-flavored gummies are actually delicious—I wish I could eat more than one a day. They almost feel like a treat. Even if I don’t see dramatic results right away, I plan to keep taking them because they’re enjoyable, easy to remember, and don’t upset my stomach like some other supplements do.

It was like you can taste the vitamins. Yuck. The texture was very very chewy and the longer the container was open they became hard. I didn’t notice much a difference in my sleep either. I wouldn’t buy these in store.

My first time trying these I wondered why I slept SO good throughout the night and woke up well rested. The texture is a little waxy, however the taste is fine! I’ll definitely be buying these in the future since they worked so well. Even my boyfriend loves them!

I like that they're vegan, fluoride-free, and contain zero sugar. The effect they've had on me is that they help me relax and sleep better. I liked the packaging and the amount it contains for more than a month, because it comes with 40 and you only have to take one a day. I would buy it again because it's a good price.

I see not much improvement after I intake the gummies but my sleep during the night is still normal without much distractions. I have no problem for intake the gummies. My body is fine. No bad side affects. The only downside is that the gummies is sticking to the teeth when chewing.
