i’ve used this conditioner many many times, my family had just gotten a new bottle and when i used it this time the product touched my face, the sides of my face by my hairline and it started to burn my skin. i rinsed it off as fast as i could but i still had red splotchy chemical burns on the side of my face and behind my ears. very very disappointed in this brand, and very confused on why this product burned my skin even though i’ve used it before and that had never happened.

I wanted to like it, someone I follow on youtube raved about it. So I gave it a try. I'm on my 4th wash, but I noticed my scalp felt a little sore. But thought maybe from wearing hair up. Nope! I looked at the back of my neck and it was covered in a red bumpy itchy rash. I've had this allergic reaction happen with a garnier shampoo before. Thankfully it was cheap, but it's still waste. Guess I'm going back to ogx!

I used to love this shampoo and conditioner. But lately, it hasn't bee the greatest. My hair is always a tangled mess, the smell isn't refreshing, and you have to use a ton of conditioner to get the tangles out after you shampoo!

Exquisite scent! Love that the conditioner detangles my hair completely without making me break out. I use both shampoo and conditioner at least once daily and I love it. The twin pack is an excellent value and I usually wait and buy several at a time when there is a gift card offer. I have fine oily straight hair that goes down to my waist.

I have been struggling to find the right hair product for my 6 year old daughter. She has curly red hair that falls below her shoulders. It gets very tangled and hard to brush even after using kids products specifically for kids. I had been using this for years off and on. I have it a try tonight and her hair was so much easier to brush.

I'd been experiencing a lot of hair loss due to another shampoo/conditioner (here's looking at you, OGX Thick and Full) and didn't have a lot of money to spend on replacements so on a hail Mary I got this set. Usually I try to go for more "clean" products, but beggars can't be choosers. When I tell you how my hair went from falling out in handfuls to absolutely no fallout in one shampoo, I was so shocked! After continued use my hair feels smooth and strong without being weighed down. It does leave a little residue, but a wash every couple times with a clarifying shampoo (I'm using Odele's) takes care of that easily. I love how this stuff smells (reminds me a bit of DKNY Be Delicious) although I could see how it might be a little strong for someone who doesn't like apple scented things. Over all I'm very happy with this purchase and this will probably be my go to shampoo and conditioner going forward.

I've been using Garnier products for almost 15yrs now and never had any issues till this. I proudly had 3ft of wavy hair, and after using this shampoo + conditioner for less than a month, I've lost almost half my hair density! It's taken so many years of patience and careful care to get my hair to the length I like and now it doesn't even matter because its falling out so quickly.

Made my hairs porosity worse. It took over an hour to two hours for my hair to dry and it's only shoulder length. It also made my hair feel like when you over bleach it and it's that sticky, stringy feel when it's wet. I didn't notice any more hair loss than usual when I wash my hair. But I did start to get horrible acne. I've used Garnier many times before throughout the years. This is the worst set I've ever tried for my hair. And I used to use the old 99 cent Suaves in the early 2000s!
