You messed up…again.
You guys have an uncanny knack for taking a great product and killing it. This was my favorite conditioner for years! You made a change to the formula a few years ago that made the product slightly less effective for detangling, but I was still on board. This latest change with the new recycled bottle is ridiculous though. It smells bad…like chemicals. I don’t know if it’s the new bottle or the formula, but there is no way, with all the choices out there, that people will choose to smell like this. I bought a second bottle to be sure and it absolutely smells awful. You messed up the gel curl spray awhile back too. Another product I was a huge fan of. Get your quality control team together! They’re making you look bad.

I buy this all the time it’s usually amazing. But sadly this bottom has the STRONGEST chemical smell I didn’t notice until it was unfortunately already in my hair. It burnt my neck where it touched and I’m beyond irate over this.

Love this shampoo! The shampoo is thick and lathers extremely well. Leaves hair feeling clean and with a healthy shine. The smell is strong tho, so if you’re sensitive I would avoid. Fragrance reminds me of honey and Moroccan oil combo. I prefer the shampoo over the conditioner, but also use the conditioner to match the smell.

MAKES HAIR FALL OUT
Would give zero or negative. Started using this sometime around December 2024/January 2025. Everything seemed fine at first, skipped and used other products in February. Went back to Honey Treasures in March and my hair is FALLING OUT. It is falling out so bad, I went to the doctor and went for blood work expecting some massive deficiency I have never in my life shed hair so badly. DO NOT BUY.

This is the most unnecessarily heavily fragranced hair product I have ever used. I have washed my hair twice after using this and I still cannot get the fragrance out of my hair. Horrible

Change to Good Product NOT Good
I used and loved this product for past 8 years and just now had to find another shampoo ang conditioner with another brand because Garnier Honey Treasures decided to change the recipe/ingredients to include Lavender for absolutely no good reason and making it not possible for me to continue to use (allergy). Not Happy !!! Why change something good and perfect as was? Lost a customer, and if anyone else reading the label sees an allergen listed, they will be changing too. And if they didn't see the change and have the allergy too, well ... Heaven help them !!! Shame on you Garnier. Shame on you!

New recipe, lost a customer to allergies.
This was one of the few easy-to-find conditioners that worked well for me my hair, and that my girlfriend wasn't allergic to. Would've been 10/5 had they not changed the recipe. Now it has lavender, which my girlfriend is severely allergic to. Can companies please just STOP constantly changing their products? We buy them for a reason, not because we want to be at your whim.

Not for me
While I really enjoy the lasting scent and the initial softness of my hair when I use this, It is not suitable for everyday use, the first wash my hair would look great but with further use my hair got incredibly built up and my ends became more dry and dull after every shampoo/condition. I don't believe it to be suitable for very sensitive scalps and/or skin because it would cause me to have hives on my neck and back sometimes, which has happened to me when things are overly fragranced.

Favorite drug store brand
This is my favorite drugstore brand and is such a great value as these are jumbo bottles. My previous favorites were the green garnier bottle before and tresseme the black and white bottles but this ended up being my overall favorite so now I've been using this for years. My skin and hair love honey. Also for reference I live in the Southern California climate so I can't say how this works in extreme dryness or extreme humidity.
