Just what I needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a small, 67year old woman; I do not have much upper torso strength. I recently moved into a home with no external power outlets and needed to find a solution to keeping the property tidy. This leaf blower has exceeded my hopes. It is not too heavy, but it's powerful, it's easy to use - even with my small-ish hands. Plus, it uses the same batteries as my other Greenworks tools. I'm impressed with the sturdiness of these tools; and have had no problems with them. I have repeatedly recommended them to friends.

False advertising on run time
Very disappointed with the batteries length of run time. 12 minutes. I would NOT recommend this product at all. False advertising on the run time.

Hello dwojo. Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the run time of this battery when used in this blower. This machine must have two batteries to run. Users must use (2) fully charged Greenworks 24V battery packs. Do not use battery packs other than Greenworks 24V. Using only one battery pack will not start the machine. Ensure both batteries are charged 100%. If each battery has a different charge state, the run-time of the machine is subject to the lowest powered battery (For example: one battery is charged 100%, and the other is charged 50%, the unit will only run until the 50% battery is depleted). When using (2) batteries with different amp hours (Ah), the machine will run until the lower (Ah) battery is depleted. When used on High-speed the unit will provide up to 15 minutes runtime. To extend your run time, try using the blower setting on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement, as blowers are considered a high-power draw application which means they do tend to drain the battery quite rapidly in comparison to some other tools. Alternatively additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. This unit is compatible with all Greenworks 24v batteries; please keep in mind, the higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is, the longer the run time will be. Great blower
Yep! When the batteries charge, rather quickly, slip the packs on the blower and enjoy the rest of your day. Because this blower makes quick work of your task. Batteries have charge indicator AND a USB charger outlet. Really! Overall, lightweight and easy to use. Also has a locking on switch AND a variable speed lever. Great deal.

Powerhouse performance
I wanted this model because it would work with the other 24V tools I have but I was afraid that it might not be powerful enough. Boy was I wrong! This puts out more than enough air to easily handle everything I need done!!

Quickly assembled, a thought struck! I pointed the blower at the back of the refriegerator and sent debris out where I could vacuum it! (Perhaps not something Greenworks intended it for, but it worked!) Outside, it is light enough for my young Grandson and powerful enough to clear my patio of leaves and debris, even shifting a loosly laid, terrazzo tile with its' force! Kudos Greenworks! This is another great tool in my (mostly) outdoor collection!

Best electric blower I have worked with
This is the most powerful blower you can get without going to a backpack unit. It's strong enough that when I am blowing grass clippings I have to barely hold the trigger to get it pushed in and only need half throttle if they get wet. It's trigger allows great control over how hard it blows.

Very well built for such a great price. Wish the battery life was a little longer but being high draw of a tool and smaller batteries it's to be expected. I recommend greenworks tools to everyone I know for their build quality and low prices. Would buy more tools in the future
