One of the bulbs only lasted a year of infrequent use before it started visibly flickering (in a non-dimmable socket).
Extra small light bulbs. We're kind of expensive for two very small bulbs. A bit over $10.

The shade of light emitted was not the stark, bright blue white, but more of a golden glow- but not yellow. It provided a good reading light and filled a portion of the room with adequate lighting.

The guaranteed to last 5 years (based on 3 hours a day) is really nice too. Dimmable feature is nice but my light isn't dimmable yet. I bet that would make it last even longer.
