Q: How do you get the pump to unlock and disoense soap?

A: Hi Curious and frustrated - Thank you for reaching out. To unlock, firmly hold the bottle. Then twist the top of the pump clockwise until it locks into the ‘open’ position. Press down to dispense. I really thought that this was a gentle soap for about a good week. then out of nowhere it caused dryness, itching and rashes on my hand. the most harsh soap has damaged my skin in years
