GEMS Portable Neck Fan

This worked great for a few weeks then out of the blue one side stopped working I have only worn it while at home and I keep it in a safe place its unfortunate because it was good while it lasted but it didnt last long 😔

Great little gadget but make sure you put your hair up if you have long hair! It sucked my hair into the fan and it was a nightmare getting it unstuck. But the cooling factor is awesome, especially for outdoor activities

While charging started melting plastic

Worked ok for a week. Fan is very loud in my eye. Doesn’t putout a great deal of air to cool you down. Fan made a crazy rattling sound one day like there was a loose part inside now it makes more noise than ever, and one side doesn’t work. Afraid to use because it may catch fire. Can not return because I lost my receipt and I don’t see the purchase in my app so I’m just out of $10.

Junk not good at all

Junk-ola! I would not purchase this fan. Just a super bad design. Pay a little more and get quality.

Omg, my son and daughter love. it kept cold during ball hockey practice.

Too loud and not powerful or cool enough

The fan is loud and battery gave up after using for less than a month.

This is lavender, not blue. Not good for my son. Need to return.

Worked great it was just too loud, even on the lowest setting, and I need a hearing aid.

Tooooooo Loud & noisy

I live in Texas where it is extremely hot already and this fan has been working over time for me. It keeps me cool and a lot less sweaty. I used this for an outdoor event at my kids school and it’s the only way I survived that day. The quality is great. It’s comfortable to wear and doesn’t snag on my hair at all. The different settings let you choose how much air you want. The battery is amazing. I used it on high for most of the day and it didn’t die at all. It’s rechargeable and charges fairly quickly as well. Definitely a must have for summer.

It's maneuverable so you can position it where you want it's kinda loud but you get used to it it's doesn't get you that cold but it's 10 $ so you get what you paid for,that's why there's some more expensive ones that actually cool you off those are 100++ so see if it's for you I live in Texas so you get the idea from my point of view in the part of the states that mostly is needed

I like this fan, but it is louder than other portable neck fans I have. If you are using it while out, it won't be that noticeable. If you are trying to be discreet, this will be too loud. The big benefit of this fan is that it's adjustable. Being able to adjust the width makes it perfect for switching among family members.

I definitely love the idea of this, but I feel like the design needs more tweaking. It's awkward to wear. It's very stiff and not secure. It tips easily which moves the air from where you want it. I wasn't getting it on the back of my neck well.

Poorly put together. The charger is not usb c, which isn't terrible. But if you misplaced it, you cant use another devices charger. Almost everything uses USB c so other decives chargers are interchangeable. Anywho, I tried the fan and was very disappointed in the air output. Even on high, you could barely feel it. The run time is up to 3 hrs. So if it's hot out and it's running on high, it won't even last 3 hrs. I do love that it's flexible. It's really comfortable to wear. It's just not practical for outdoor use. At least not in the south (Houston) This however, would be great if you are warm bodied and get hot in an office or indoor job. Useless if you're outside.

From someone who gets hot a lot, this fan has been amazing! Everytime I go to my Eyelash appointments, it gets so hot in the room. I brought this fan to my last appointment and she loved it so much that she purchased one. Charges quickly, has different speeds and comfortable to wear.
