The shampoo gently cleanses without stripping away anything & it leaves my hair feeling clean, refreshed, and soft. It smells absolutely amazing, and i love that its water activated. They are the best to take on the go a little goes a long way. Easy pods you can pop into your purse or pocket.

Packaged small and convenient, gems shampoo and conditioner are easy to use , straight forward instructions, and works great, I have very long hair so I did need a second packet of conditioner, however really 1.5 would’ve worked perfectly. I’d say this would be most ideal for travel or even quick overnight stays where you don’t want to lug our full bottles with us. You let it sit under water for about 3 seconds, then rubbed it together and it becomes cream. Super easy to apply. I think I could’ve done a little extra time with the shampoo under water but overall it works well. I dried my hair with a brush blower but overall it likes light and airy. I’d avoid routes for the conditioner if you have more of an oily scalp like me. But other than that, love it!

It’s super easy to use, just dissolve with a little bit of water and apply to your hair. My hair looked great afterwards! No frizz, smooth, all day volume, and pleasant scent that will make you want to use it again! Definitely worth the money!

Great results! Not overly powering on scent, clean & refreshing smell, which is great! It washed well, great product for travel!

The product had a nice smell, it reminded me of a piña colada. I think I’d opt for a more hydrating formula next time. The volumizing one left my hair a little dry. It was super quick to bubble up.
