[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] was finally able to test the game with my younger cousins and they seemed to enjoy it for the most part. I’m not sure what I was expecting from the game exactly, but I think for younger kids it gets the job done and is enjoyable.

My child loves this game and says that his favorite part in Giganto games are challenges, and customs, he also loves the extras even more because of the puzzles and cutscenes are fun. This game is fantastic as per my child!
Gigantosaurus: Dino Sports – A Jurassic Sports Ext

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to see dinosaurs compete in sports (because, let’s face it, why wouldn’t you?), Gigantosaurus: Dino Sports delivers a roaring good time—well, most of the time. It’s essentially a prehistoric Mario Party for kids, but with Mazu, Rocky, Bill, and Tiny as your dino squad. So, grab your controller, because things are about to get dino-mite! The Pros: 1. Family-Friendly Fun: • With one to four players, this is perfect for family game nights. It’s simple enough for kids to jump in without frustration but still entertaining for adults who don’t mind some mindless fun. Plus, who doesn’t love a good dinosaur theme? 2. Variety of Mini-Games: • With eight “chomp-sized” games, you get to fly across deserts, race glaciers, and blast targets with berries. It’s like the dino Olympics but without any of the serious competition vibes. 3. Split-Screen Party Mode: • Nothing screams “fun” like battling your friends for the most medals while sabotaging their chances at earning the Super Giganto Pineapple. Friendship goals, right? 4. Colorful Graphics: • The visuals are vibrant and engaging, sure to captivate younger players and make parents say, “Well, at least it looks good.” The Cons: 1. Repetitive Gameplay: • After a couple of rounds, the games can feel like they’re running in circles—kind of like a Triceratops chasing its tail. The mini-games, while fun at first, lack depth and variety for long-term play. 2. AI Opponents: • The AI can swing wildly between “laughably easy” and “Ruthless Rex,” which might frustrate competitive players (and by that, I mean parents trying to win against their kids). 3. Not for Hardcore Gamers: • If you’re looking for a deep, strategic game, this isn’t it. This is more “giggles and gigglesauruses” than it is a test of skill. 4. Limited Replay Value: • Once you’ve earned the Super Giganto Pineapple a couple of times, there’s not much else to keep you coming back unless you’re 6 years old and really love dinosaurs. Final Thoughts: Gigantosaurus: Dino Sports is a delightful romp for kids and families who want something lighthearted and silly. It won’t win any awards for innovation, but it delivers what it promises—dinosaurs having a blast. Just don’t expect it to keep adults entertained for hours or to have you pondering the depths of the dino universe. Rating: 3.5 out of 5 Prehistoric Pineapples It’s fun, it’s colorful, and it’s great for kids… just make sure you’re ready to hear “RAWR” a hundred times in one sitting. Would I recommend it? If you have little ones obsessed with dinosaurs and want a low-stakes game that won’t cause family feuds—yes! Just be prepared to hear, “Let’s play it again!” long after you’ve mentally checked out.

There’s two different types of playing difficulty (kids or adults). Perfect for little ones who just started playing video games. There’s scenes featuring multiple different dinosaurs that adds contexts and humor throughout the. game. The graphics are modern, bright, and vivid. The controls/rules are simple and straight forward. My son and I really enjoyed playing this game. It kept us laughing and entertained. I played this on a Playstation 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gigantosaurus Dino Sports is a fun, family-friendly game based on the popular children’s show Gigantosaurus. This game is set in a prehistoric world where players control adorable dinosaur characters competing in a series of sports-themed mini-games. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect: The game includes a variety of sports activities inspired by traditional games but with a prehistoric twist—like lava-filled arenas, tropical jungles, and ancient dino landscapes. It features racing, soccer, and obstacle courses, making it accessible for children while keeping the gameplay lighthearted and competitive. Players can choose from popular characters from the series, such as Rocky, Bill, Tiny, and Mazu, each with unique abilities and attributes. The game uses vibrant, cartoonish graphics faithful to the animated series, capturing the fun and color of the Gigantosaurus world. Environments are designed with plenty of prehistoric elements that make it engaging for young players, including erupting volcanoes and towering rock formations. The controls are intuitive and easy for younger audiences to pick up. The game supports multiplayer, allowing up to four players to compete together, making it ideal for family gaming sessions or playdates.

Game modes for both children and adults make great multiplayer functionality. The sound effects were entertaining. Once you went through the first set of challenges additional content opened. Seems to be several hours of fun possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Gigantosaurus: Dino Sports game was a hit. It has different challenges within the game. You can customize your own games and there are different characters to choose from. There are two difficulty modes so it's good for both little and older kids. Multiple people can play at a time. I would recommend this for families with dino-loving children. It would even make a great gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hadn't heard of the Gigantosaurus show before, but this is a good party game for any young kid who loves dinosaurs, Gigantosaurus fan or not. The main mode is structured like a cartoon episode with mini-games, but there's also a custom mode and a long list of challenges to complete. You can also set each player to a 'kid' or 'adult' difficulty, so you can be more engaged when playing against the kiddos, which is nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great game. Fun and positively addicting for the whole family. It’s set up like a mini games’ Olympics with sports commentators between each event. I really loved the brief tutorial introduction between each mini game to ensure that you knew how to best complete the challenge. I played in solo mode which faces you off towards 3 challenging computer players ,while also competing for your own personal best performance each time you play the same mini game. It is a fun game that is non time committed so you can pick up and play without having to give full focus and a lot of time to. There is no violence, vulgar language or long story cutscenes to wait painstakingly through. You ,also, have the option to skip the tutorial and cutscene intros which is something I wish all games offered. The graphics are pleasant and the character personas are cute. The mini games consist of a skydiving game that focuses on timing and attention to detail. Rock climbing.., a running, swimming, and riding triathlon event. A red light/green light style race event. A bobsledding race event and many others that challenge motor skills and hand eye coordination. This is suitable for people of all ages who loves short mini games and also has an adjustable difficulty level in case younger people have trouble competing in “grown up” mode. I would definitely suggest adding this to your library if you are looking for a innocent and family friendly game that can keep you entertained for any amount of time.
