To fill bottle with cleaner, empty one pack of Everspring™ Cleaning Concentrate into a clean spray bottle. Add 20 fluid ounces of tap water and replace the bottle's sprayer. Shake well, then wait about 5 minutes for the powder to dissolve. Natural settling may occur — shake gently before each use. Plus, this convenient BPA-free glass spray bottle is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Simply run your glass bottle through the dishwasher and hand wash the sprayer. If buildup occurs, you can soak both pieces in a warm water and vinegar solution.

Loved this bottle until it tipped over on my COUNTER TOP and shattered into pieces. Very very breakable which it didn’t feel like it would be. Loved the spray cap and the overall capacity. But for something I use several times a day every Day I can’t worry about it tipping and shattering.

Worked great at first, but the spray handle basically stopped working. It gets stuck and won't spray. It still technically works, you just have to wait for the spray nozzle to click itself back into place - which is super annoying, given that is it's one purpose!

For the price and expected quality I was disappointed at how cheaply the spray feature is. The hood simply snaps on over the spray element and crushes easily under any pressure. It also falls off the little track holding in place. I expected a higher quality product from a reputable company.

I love Everspring products and was happy that they offered a refillable glass bottle. Unfortunately, the sprayer is of poor quality. It stopped working after less than a year of purchase. It would be helpful if they offered a replacement or a universal size for the opening. Now I have a glass bottle with no sprayer. I gave this one star because I can't give it a zero.

So in this time of being environment friendly I purchased this bottle for light sprays of Dawn, worked until I had to refill first time and the straw came off completely I tried to push it back in but when I spray wasn’t working, doesn’t fill the straw so useless, do better if you want to save the earth
