Q: Can this headboard be attached to an adjustable bed frame?

A: Yes, provided the adjustable bed base has headboard adapter brackets this headboard should be able to connect to most adjustable bed frames. You'll want to check with the manufacturer of your particular adjustable bed base to make sure it accommodates the attachment of a headboard.
