    Excellent place to start.

    A much better experience than dealing with sales force at a store or doctor's office. Have had these for a month and a half. They work as described. Worn mostly while watching TV, and they help. Still don't wear them much outside of home, but wear them when I go someplace I will need to interact with others. Still deciding on the advantages there. Glad I bought them, good entry level choice as I evaluate hearing aids overall.

    Not the Best

    Not good for music as it clips the bass and amplifies the high notes, amplifies sharp sounds like light switches, etc, sounds like one is inside a well when talking in a car and radio and outside noise overwhelms voices of the other passengers.

    Quality is not good.

    The left side (blue) did not work from the start. I would not hold a charge. It was more problem for me to send it back than to order another brand. Not happy. Your quality control sucks.

Obviously not high-end hearing aids, but do the job if you just need a boost to hear the television better (without blowing out your spouse’s eardrums). Nice and easy to use charging unit. Comfortable enough, although takes a little getting used to wearing them.

    Great concept, but you couldn’t pull it off.

    The wax guards cannot be removed. It was like the original one was glued on, and the other wax guards were different than the original ones. You could not get the new wax guards to stay on. One hearing stopped working after just a week. That’s why we tried replacing the wax guard thinking that might be the problem. That was not it. Hearing aids seemed great until they weren’t.

    I can finally afford to hear and hear well!!!

    After years of not being able to hear well due to many years of struggling with ear infections due to Eustachian tube dysfunction and damage done to my ear drums from many many sets of tubes and not being able to afford pricey hearing aids, Go Hearing gave me a new lease on life at a very affordable price!!! Not only that, they are very easy to use and maintain!!! Thank you Go Hearing!!!

    Difficult to use

    The hearing aids keep popping out of my ears. I have tried all three different sizes of domes and none will stay put in my ears. I sent the hearing aids back once because the right one just cuts off after it works for a short while. The problem persists after what was supposed to be a new pair was sent to me. I have tried using isopropanol to clean ear wax out of my ear canals but the hearing aids still constantly slip out. I have stopped wearing them now.

    Liking Go Hearing aids but wishing they were small

    I like my hearing aids, I just wish they were a little smaller to fit inside my ears better. They tend to ease out of my ears if I’m chewing or drinking with any movement of my face. I like that I am able to hear better with them and they don’t have to be behind my ears. I just wish they were smaller to stay inside my ears.

    Great Buy.

    My first hearing aids. They worked fine right out of the box. I really like the charging box system. Can’t beat the price. Seems to be a great product, at least for my 70 year old hearing.

    Worked well but physically were too big for my ear

    I ordered these and tried them for a few days. I liked the size and the design, and the sound seemed to work well. However, my right ear canal was just a bit too small for the width of the appliance, and after a short time wearing them each day, my ear became very sore. I found another brand that had a smaller fit and I returned these for a refund.

    You need an app to control the unit from a cell

    The sound quality of the hearing aid was good. The problem is that the very small button to control the volume is impossible to use while the aid is in the ear. Without an app to control the functions from a cell phone this aid is not for me. Also, why make it black? Offer beige and black to service a variety of customers.
