The only thing keeping these from being a 5-stars is the absorbent padding area isn't a little bit wider to accommodate the larger size. They have the same width absorbent padding as the XL size. The absorbency on them is good as long as they're not being flooded (wetting them quickly)... And at the same time, they will tend to leak if they are wet too quickly. These are good for light to moderate settings. These are also good for when discretion is key - the disappear when they are worn with a pair of underwear over them. **Side note: These samples arrived long after they were released and available to the public... I was able to get ahold of them a few weeks after signing up for testing & months before these samples were sent out to me...*

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While its nicer that the sizing is larger and that it rises much higher than before, the cut in the butt area is far too narrow and the crotch is not wide enough. This causes discomfort and makes it more prone to leaking. My son is relately slim so I imagine this is even worse for larger children. I was really hoping this would be a good alternative to tape on diapers for my son at night but unfortunately it still leaks.

The child testing these is about 150 pounds and they fit him great! No leaks and the sides stayed intact even during a 12 hour night. We would definitely recommend them and we will be purchasing these as our go-to product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Goodnites XXL are very soft and stretch more than adequately for larger bodies. They can someone with a 34 inch waist size with no issues. For absorbency, they are definitely designed for smaller bladders. For older children or adults who wet heavily, they may not be sufficient. But for those with smaller accidents I think they're a great product. I was really impressed with the size, height of the waist band, softness of material, and their ability to stretch to fit all body types.

Think if width of pad was wider and leak guards were taller it would be perfect. These minor adjustments to fit the anatomy of older boys would make this perfect product for us

The fit is much better on a larger sized person... few improvements: Leak guards are not tall enough. Pad is not wide enough. As a result we get leaks... The artwork/design could be more fun too, its pretty boring as is

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We heard that there's a new XXL size of disposable underpants so we had to give it a try for our young one who's on the more bigger side due to being older who deals with bed time accidents . They are definitely a step up from the usual XL's with a better fit all the way around and they seem to perform a tad bit better than the previous size. Id definitely recommend these for others who also deal with similar bed time situations and will be buying the new XXL goodnights in the future as these are an improvement in the size department!

These are very helpful when you have a kid with encopresis. Im glad they come in larger sizes for older kids. But, the longer they are worn during episodes, the more likely he will get a very itchy rash on his back waistband area. I just discovered an underwater liner for these issues on Amazon, if anyone has a kid with encopresis or a kindergartener thats still learning to wipe.
