A: They may leak a little. Only because the padding is little stiff making it to have openings. If possible go next down. I’m 33years old the small and large fit me. If it’s lose or to tight it will leak.

Q: How absorbent are these compared to nighttime diapers? In my experience pull ups are usually not as absorbent as diapers and I wonder if it’s same in the nighttime category.

They are also discreet and silent so he can use them at friends house's with no problems. The protection they offer is good but could be better but overall these underwear do what they should well.

The brief was very discreet and you could not tell he was wearing them under a pair of shorts. The only complaint was the back could be a little higher so it didn’t feel like they were going to slide down. I would also maybe add a scent to them that is fresh or something just to mask the Urine smell.

The absorbency seems to be the same as the XL but so nice have a bigger size that as the problem persists, I know they will fit for a long time. Very stretchy as well.

Work wonderfull for wetting accidents if doubled and good for small messes when someone doesnt quite make it to the toilet in time. over all great product and so much better than actual adult diapers.

A taller leak guard would help with leaks that occur overnight. The stand-up Leak guards on Goodnites are better engineered than the ones on other products we use within the home, and I think they would be perfect just being a little taller. For bedwetting these work excellent. We experienced minimal leaks with these pants overall. We’ve tried several overnight protection brands over the years, and Goodnites work the best for our family. We appreciate how discreet and absorbent these underwear are, giving my family confidence throughout the night. We all sleep without worry, which has made bedtime much easier for our family.

My 13 and 15 year old boys still wet most nights and these save them embarrassment and also help them wake up dry. Before these came on the market we had to use tape on diapers and the boys absolutely hated them. They now slip on their Goodnites each night and wake up dry each morning. Keep up the great work!

Absorbency/wicking isn’t the best, but you have to keep in mind that these are designed for overnight use. They are comfortable and nostalgic for AB/DL wearers. If your child has a tendency to flood at night, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to Mach these with mattress covers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These fit bigger frames a lot better than the next size down-- very snug and comfortable fit, even at the upper end of the weight range, at ~165 pound, and the "underwear-like" appearance is good. But, I found that using them without a stuffer, they still leaked a little most nights. Not a total flood, but still disappointing. If they were just a little more absorbent, I think they'd be able to last through the night on their own, in which case they'd earn that 5th star.

And we’ve been stuck using the regular large extra large and they introduced XL and that was a little better but with the XXL. He absorbance is amazing. The fit is perfect for him. No tightness or anything like that in the pad in the front is huge. Lots of full bladder. Virtually no leaks at all. Yeah his stomach like a diaper, but definitely better than some of the other options. We were able to get some blue shorts of exactly the same colors. It’s hardly noticeable.
