Q: Can you take a picture? Or is it just video? Also how do you turn it on? And video?
A: Hi Amar, thanks for reaching out about GOPRO HERO11 Action Camera - Black. GoPros have always been able to take photos and, while not amazing, they are getting better and better. Like a point and shoot, the controls and zoom are basic. You can enable SuperPhoto, HDR, standard, or RAW modes for photos with a Linear or Wide lens. To turn on a GoPro Hero11 action camera, simply press the "Mode" button located on the side of the camera; this will power it on. Q: Does this camera come with sd card? If not what size does it take?
A: The HERO11 Black does not come with an SD card in the package. The HERO11 Black can use SD cards up to 1TB, but not all cards are capable of handling the data rate that the HERO11 Black requires. You'll want to use a name-brand microSD card with a V30 or UHS-3 rating.

Q: is it waterproof with out a case
A: Yes, the HERO11 Black is waterproof on its own down to 33 feet. If you plan to go deeper than that, there is a protective housing that is sold separately that will allow the camera to go as deep as 196 feet.
