Safely ride rear-facing longer! The Graco Extend2Fit 3-in-1 Car Seat offers 3 modes of use to grow with your child from rear-facing harness (4-50 lb) to forward-facing harness (26.5-65 lb) to highback booster (40-100 lb)**. It features a 4-position extension panel that provides up to 5” of extra rear-facing legroom, allowing your child to safely ride rear-facing longer. Children are safer riding rear-facing and should ride rear-facing as long as possible, until they reach the maximum rear-facing height or weight rating for their car seat. With Extend2Fit, the adjustable extension panel and 50 lb rear-facing weight limit allow the seat to grow with your child in rear-facing mode, providing extended rear-facing use. The seat features the No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System, which allows you to adjust the height of the headrest and harness in one motion, and InRight LATCH for a one-second LATCH attachment. Harnessing is made easier with fuss-free harness storage pockets that conveniently hold the harness out of the way while you get baby in and out of the car seat. This car seat is Graco ProtectPlus Engineered to the newest testing standards for side and frontal impact, and beyond—because the safety of your child shouldn’t stop at the standard.

A: No. This car seat installs in the car directly on the seat. Infant seats typically clip in and out of strollers and seat bases such as the Graco Snugride.

A: This model does not have the snuglock. You have to pull the seatbelt out to lock it and retract the slack to tighten.

Easy Install, Difficult to Tighten
This car seat is pretty easy to install which is a plus. However, it is so difficult to tighten the straps, and when I do, it pulls the whole car seat up. Secondly, the straps don’t stay on one shoulder of my child. I’ve never had this problem with any other car seat and wish I would’ve gotten a different one.

I love how comfortable this is. My son loves being able to see everything better. He can see out of the window and is much better on drives. I live this color. I wanted something other than black. Installation was pretty easy using the latches (we did push really hard to get it secure) and I'm happy that we can continue to use this for upcoming years as she grows. I appreciate the divots to hold the straps while getting her situated. Also, the pink color is so cute! Glad there was something other than just black and grey. We have this behind the driver seat in a Mazda CX5. Even on the most reclined option there is a good amount of space. More compact than the SnugRide Snugfit we had for her as an infant.

Dream car seat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as this car seat was delivered and I opened it my little one started sitting in it immediately, even before I installed it in the car! We have already had one accident in the car seat and it so so easy to take off all the fabric and cushions and popping everything in the washer. We love how spacious it is and the cup holders are a great size. My daughter is absolutely in love with the color since she is a little princess. Installation was super easy. I would recommend this car seat as Graco is such a trustworthy brand in our family and has been for years.
