A: These dimensions are wrong. The Height should be the vertical height (as if the baby is standing up) and the vertical height is NOT 38” 38” is either width or depth, not height

I purchased two of these to use in my daycare. Graco products have always been great. HOWEVER, like several others have said, the mattress doesn’t lay flat. It bunches up all over and also seems to be too small to fit properly. It is a little thicker than others I have purchased, but does not seem safer with how it bunches up. Disappointed in this Graco mattress.

It’s very easy to set up and my child is safe in it. The mattress is not too soft, but you can always add something softer on top if you prefer. It folds up so easily, which makes it very convenient to carry. I’ve been using it for 4–5 years and I’m very happy with it. For my first child I bought expensive beds, but they never worked out. This one is affordable, practical, and safe. The child is comfortable, and parents can feel at ease too.

I received one as a gift and purchased a second to use at a relatives house and will be unable to use either for my baby to sleep in because the mattress does not lay flat and dips in the middle causing my baby’s head to lay incorrectly and I fear it is a safety issue.

We’ve brought it everywhere—from weekend trips to visits with family—and it holds up beautifully. The built-in bassinet and changing station (on certain models) make it especially useful during those early newborn months, and as baby grows, it transitions seamlessly into a reliable play yard. I reached out to Graco after the zipper on the carry bag on our original pack n play broke . The play yard was used for our grandchild who’s 3 now. The play yard is only as good as the carry bag in my opinion. We were unable to obtain a complimentary bag and since a replacement bag was 1/2 the pric of a new play yard on sale I opted to purchase a new one for my grandbaby born 12/2024. The zipper on the new play yard has broken also after just 3 uses. Graco uses a PLASTIC zipper pull for these 20 lb play yards. I’m sooo disappointed in the quality. And no- I won’t be buying another one- not from Graco anyway.
