A: Hello Sophie, the products don't normally but new product can sometimes give off an odor called off gassing, after it has been confined in a box from new. This does not normally last more than a few days, however to help dissipate this odor, we would suggest keeping the room well ventilated until the odor has gone and to wipe the product down with a damp cloth, then dry with a different cloth. However, we can assure you that the stain we use in our products is non-toxic and water based

Ideal changing table.
Perfect changing table. It fits a standard changing pad and two shelves for plenty of storage. It economical and also is nice to look at since you’ll be living with it for a couple years. Somehow, it’s not easy to find all of the above features in a changing table wothout paying way too much. Here you have it all!

Fits our space
I like the look of this changing table. It fits well with our nursery decor and the size is great for a smaller space. It also has plenty of room for storage and I found baskets, at Target, that fit in the shelves nicely. The only con is that the upper left side started to split recently. I have only been using this since February.

Simple for a small space
Does its job and so far hasn't given us any issues! The pad that it comes with is a little thin, but it works. I will say, the assembly was a big pain. I thought my husband was going to have a meltdown when he was building it. It did come out a little wobbly, but we stuck something underneath one of the legs and it worked out fine. No issues almost two months in, so far so good!

This is an awesome changing table! The price point is a seller on its own, but it’s also very solid. The table is wood, I know this because it arrived with split & chipped boards. I thought it’d be particle board, but it’s not. Target customer service is so great and they sent a replacement within 2 days! It is a great height for someone who’s 5ft and their husband who’s 6’7”. Neither of us have back problems this time around! (We used a pack n play changing table for our first daughter, don’t suggest it!) The changing pad is pretty thin so any changing covers just bend it in half. We’ve been using receiving blankets and they work just fine.

Not natural wood color and smelled
Bought this because what a great price and deal for a natural wood baby changing table! When it arrived in the mail I opened to find an ashy wood changing table with a very dingy finish. I'm not sure how long it's been sitting around but it looks like it was sitting in an ash pile. It was mostly gray with an after thought of natural wood. Super disappointed and will be returning immediately.

Baby loves it!!

Now we have somewhere for storage diapers/wipes. Also really spacious so we can get him ready for bedtime on it too! It has two levels to put stuff. He is 4 months old and it’s still big enough for him to fit nicely. It was easy to assemble as well which is always nice. Does not take up too much room.

The white color is perfect as it's neutral and will flow with any decor but it also comes in black, a natural wood color and light gray. It wipes clean easily and the shelves below allow for lots extra storage. The changing pad is removable and waterproof and it wipes clean easily as well. There is also a matching crib that can be purchased separately.
